On the second floor you will find the Master Bedroom with ocean view, Extra-large bathroom with Jacuzzi tube and stand-up shower. Third floor all with Ocean views everywhere has a 2 large bathroom a 2nd spacious living room and full bathroom. The home has a top-of-the-line sound system combine with Alexa program so you can enjoy your favorite music throughout the Home or when you’re at the pool. During your stay you may encounter some of the many species of wildlife Costa Rica has to offer. Iguanas, Sloths, White-Tailed Deer, and Armadillos are just some of the animals that have been seen on or around the property. You will also be treated daily to the sight of a wide variety of birds and butterflies, including Macaws feeding off the Casa's almond tree. Speaking of which, feel free to indulge in all the fresh fruit available to be picked from the trees right on the property, including - among others - Oranges, Limes, Papaya, Chili Peppers, Bananas, Passionfruit, Mandarins, and Plantains. However, in the interest of full disclosure, we must note the property's single small issue... although all the community have paved road and to the house we do recommend renting a 4x4 as it is a must!
