Ohana Tarifa Hostel
"Good stay with simple kitchen to prepare your own food."
La Estrella de Tarifa
"We arrived to our destination and went up to the room. We noticed very quickly that the whole Hostel was very outdated. I stayed in this place many years ago and liked it, so I wanted to go back. The worst decision ever. The whole floor was full of black long hair in the whole room, the bathroom and inside the bathtub. I send immediately a message to the person that send us the instruction for check in and told them what happened. No answer. We went outside to have lunch and after a while I called and told them what happened and he said that the cleaning lady wasn't there anymore, but he could clean it. I said yes of course, but we are not in, so he can go ahead and clean it. I wouldn't go all the way back and wait for an hour for him to clean the place. I assume that have an extra key for those circumstances. He told me we had to be there, so we agreed that the next day he would return me some money for the inconveniences caused. After a week I called to ask about the return and they are telling me that I should have cancelled the booking to get a return. I am in shock how people can have a working Hotel, treating their clients like that. PLEASE DONT GO THERE, THE PLACE IS OLD, DIRTY AND THEY TREAT THEIR CLIENTS VERY BADLY. There are so many nice places in Tarifa to choose from."
Taiga Tarifa
"Totally recommended"
El Levante
Hotel & Spa la Residencia Puerto
"I didn’t like the room I had at first, so I changed to a better room and the service was very good. The hotel breakfast is also very good The location is very good, it is very convenient to go everywhere. There are many restaurants around"
Hotel la Peña
"The place has a magical atmosphere! The garden feels like a paradise in a sunny day! The room was very confy with a high level of cleanliness and both beds were well prepared. The distance to the beach and to downtown is short with a rented car. The service was good although only available in Spanish. The overall experience was excellent, so we will return!!! We definetly recommend it and we feel deeply grateful ^^"
Apartahotel Siglo XIX
"The location of the hotel is very good, there is no elevator, there is some inconvenience to carry the luggage up and down, but everything else is fine, it is not too much to stay for one night. There is no thick quilt, which is not enough for winter."
Hotel Tarifa Lances, a member of Radisson Individuals
"Nice hotel outside of Tarifa. Decent sized rooms and nice breakfast. Outdoor pool was closed in the off season. Helpful front desk and free street parking outside."
Hotel Zahara Beach by Q Hotels
"Amazing place, wonderful people. We have been here 3 times and have booked again for next year."

Margaritas 21 Rooms
"The location is convenient; Tarifa isn't large, and the rooms are just steps from the historic city walls and close to the sea. The rooms are also comfortable, but since there were four of us, we struggled a bit with space, both for luggage and for movement. However, since we were only staying for one night, it didn't matter. If I were to visit Tarifa again, and I hope I will, I would opt for two rooms. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but overall, I'm satisfied."
Benali Guest House
Eole Tarifa Apartments
"The owner's treatment was appalling. It was very cold, and there was only one radiator that didn't even work. The service was terrible. The apartment was nice, but we wouldn't return. The girls were freezing, so we went somewhere else. The owner's treatment was appalling. We won't be returning. The owner was unprofessional."
Eole Tarifa Rooms
"Interesting and authentic place, the patio area with fireplace is a standout feature of this hotel, it's advisable to contact the owner in advance to receive check-in instructions. In winter, the room is somewhat cool and wet."
Meliá Zahara Resort & Villas
"Very disappointing all round - especially for the price paid. Constantly queuing for meals, breakfast, coffee machines that were rarely working - and topped off by very poor service. When escalating issues to management, they were indifferent (to put it mildly). Avoid. "
Convento Tarifa
"It should be a better accommodation in Tarifa."
El Asturiano
"Ferry was cancelled in Tarifa so I quickly booked this to stay the night. Realized I had booked the wrong night so went to the hotel. Locked up, no answer to s phone call. Sent a message asking them to cancel the booking and refund the charge...no response at all. Read other recent reviews and stay away"
Hotel la Torre
"We have been coming to this hotel for the past few years and this is the first time we have been extremely disappointed. Our room was dirty, we had no sleep due to noisy neighbours, everything we asked for was an effort for the staff (and we are not demanding). We will not be returning again..... .we came away for a rest and are going home more stressed out than when we arrived!!!!"
