It seems the staff were aware that the tap water wasn't working. I cannot understand why they are accepting guests despite this, as it was advertised online. In the end, I held the hotel responsible, requested a refund, and urgently found another hotel to move to. The hotel said they would issue a refund, but they are still processing it."
