My experience was pleasant throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is great, right on Town Hall Square. The room was relatively clean with new amenities, although there wasn't a king size bed and we had to put two beds together. Breakfast is worth mentioning, with pancake, which I really liked, and very good yoghurt. It would have been a near perfect experience, but something incredible happened when I checked out. I missed a handbag in the room because of the large amount of luggage. I returned to the hotel two hours later to enquire and was told that "nothing other than RUBBISH was left in the room", which I was shocked to hear, as the bag contained at least one whole cigarette (which my friend had commissioned me to buy from a Chinese duty free shop), a whole box of Chinese tea, a bag of expensive Chinese hot pot base, some chocolates and other items! . I didn't call the police for time reasons, but I chose to publicise this fact here, which I think is a shame for any hotel.

Everything was amazing, I felt truly rested after my stay! Beds are so soft, relaxing spa and a solid breakfast buffet. The location is the best of all. Very central. One thing about the buffet — warm food, such as pancakes, omelette, could have been hot, because it affects the taste and it’s nicer when it’s heated. The bathroom in my room had a very unpleasant smell too, I think it should be cleaned a little more thoroughly. The rest was perfect. Thank you :)

The room was great and so was the service. The breakfast offered a wide choice of food. I was not able to try the spa due to work commitments, but I believe it would have been a great experience. I would definitely recommend Hotel Lydia when visiting Tartu.

The location is very good, right opposite the city government. Walking distance to most attractions in Tartu. The room is of medium size, clean and tidy, and well equipped. Interior deco is elegant and beautiful. Staff is professional and attentive. Breakfast is delicious and rich. An excellent hotel.

Stayed at Lydia Hotel in Estonia, and it was a fantastic experience! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Tartu. The rooms are modern, clean, and beautifully designed. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. Breakfast was a highlight with fresh and delicious options. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Tartu!

Everything was excellent good service, friendly staff. Specially I like spa area. Breakfast is very good, you can have glass of prosecco, and wide selection of breakfast . Room is clean and i like bed billows, I sleep like a baby. Location is very good.

Exceptional hotel and service. Comfortable beds and pillows, clean Rooms, amazing bathroom with separate bath and shower. Bathrobes, slippers and much more. Great choice of food for breakfast . Cannot fault this lovely hotel. Great location, friendly staff
