Hotel Il Cervo, Spa & Wellness, Bike Hotel

I'd rather start from a few sore points: -cleanliness: dust, glass, stained bedspread, unironed mattress cover. We also had a double sheet and bedspread and two single duvets. This was a bit uncomfortable. - organisation: unavailability of bathrobes for the wellness centre. Lack of staff at the reception of the spa in case of busy beautician. It wasn't a reason for discomfort (in our travels we're used to much more 😅.. These are trifles). But I think they are details to be specified as a certain quality is expected in everything from a 4-star hotel. Strong points: - soundproofed rooms (apart from Easter afternoon that someone had to use the drill...). Wide, big balconies. - spa: very nice (with the exception of the turkish bath .. I would see that again). Small but well organized with timetables. - food: super plentiful, yummy!!! - staff: truly exceptional courtesy and availability. Everyone. - packed lunch: we asked for 2 sandwiches and they were quick and at a good price. -children: I don't know if this is always the case in this hotel or if it was a coincidence but.. There were so many children. A unique joy. Seeing them eat at the restaurant, hearing them laugh, seeing them run to the arcade, meeting them on the stairs... Wonderful! The happiness, the light-heartedness that they manage to convey to you is something unique! (I specify that we traveled as a couple). -pet friendly: we had a small dog, which was well accepted. All things considered, and paying a little more attention to cleanliness, I would stay here again. Mainly for the great friendliness of the staff and.. Hoping to meet as many children!

The most bizarre New Year's Eve of my life at the Cervo hotel in Tarvisio - I emphasize 4-star hotel. They accompany us to our beautiful table of 20 people and begin with :"we put you in the employees' closet" 🤔... I want to clarify that at the time of booking we were warned that since there was no more room, it was the only location available (obviously we have accepted believing to find a decent room) …. But look, walking in the dining room I photograph a nice giant table COMPLETELY EMPTY 🤔 and counting the seats for us it would have been perfect 😑. In our little buncher the employees' lockers kept us company as well as a wonderful wardrobe 50 cm from the table with fantastic aprons and various clothes 😭, the coffee machine for the employee break, toilet paper rolls and so on and so forth , we leave out and spread a pitiful veil on the cleanliness of the room. A very small location without a window (it had an air vent on the ceiling - see photo -). The room was so small compared to the table that the chairs were glued to each other, it was impossible to get up from the chair and to sit down I swear I had to get on the chair and slip inside 😤, the door was impossible to close luckily otherwise we were rats in a cage (sorry of the law on safety), the place of the head of the table has been transformed into two seats so the unfortunates, having no space, have eaten in the corner !!!! To get to the chair you had to go through the warpath because there was no space to put your feet on the floor 😠. I was lucky because I was halfway through the table, the last ones on our table were real athletes!!!! The waiters initially didn't know how to serve because they didn't go anywhere, so much so that we found ourselves passing the dishes 😂 I swear that at one point I thought I was on candit camera instead we were in a 4-star hotel !!!! 😅. In the middle of the evening I decide to stretch my legs (now I understand how sardines feel inside the can 😣) I try to move the chair and a piece remains in my hand 😂 not even 5 minutes later our friend is left with the armrest of the chair in her hand 🤣 🤭 . The chairs were of various models, various shapes, perhaps they were missing and they recovered some from the cellar (we always emphasize the 4 stars of the hotel). We were lucky: we ate even if served last (the last second arrived at 11.50 pm) someone found "strange ingredients" in the dishes and despite having pointed this out, no one replaced them (I only took a photo of my neighbor). The dishes were served at random: a little at the beginning of the table, the next course in the centre, then they realized that being a 4-star hotel it was good to serve the ladies first but after two damsels they thought of making a mix again. At midnight we didn't see prosecco 🍾 or glasses 🥂 so much so that I recovered

Hotel in a beautiful panoramic position, quiet and surrounded by greenery, just outside the center of Tarvisio. Spacious and comfortable room with comfortable bed, small but complete and functional bathroom, beautiful view of the Tarvisio valley from the window. The only drawback in our room, the television is positioned on the support piece of the suitcase, not allowing it to be used as a luggage rack (it would be good to hang the TV on the wall). Good cuisine with a wide choice (in the half board service you can choose between three first and three second courses, + side dish and dessert), abundant sweet and savory breakfast, helpful and courteous staff. A little inexperience in managing the unexpected: the table in the dining room should have been reserved for us for the duration of the stay (both breakfast and dinner), however on a couple of occasions at breakfast we found the table already occupied by others ( probably the thing had not been clarified). Professional and kind reception staff. A tip for managing the wellness area, very nice with swimming pool, whirlpool, 2 saunas and Turkish bath; excellent limited entry (booking necessary and beyond a certain number of people you can no longer access), however it is important that the staff occasionally enter and enforce silence as, being relatively small, a few chatters are enough and you lose the silence and relaxation that the area should guarantee. During our stay, several times there were people (adults!) Who jumped into the pool, talked from one side to the other, splashed each other disturbing those present (the rudeness of some people does not depend on the hotel, but a particular care to ensure relaxation for their guests yes). A praise to the owner, Mr. Vito, who was extremely attentive and willing to accept our complaints and impressions.
