The location is super convenient, making it incredibly easy to explore. A huge bonus for skiers and hikers is how accessible it is, it's just one station away from Zermatt! This makes it the perfect base for enjoying the region. The facilities are literally brand new and stunning. The whole hotel feels fresh, modern, and very comfortable, maintained to the highest standard. To top it all off, the view is simply amazing. Waking up to such a beautiful panorama was a highlight of my trip and made every moment spent at the hotel feel like a true getaway. "We (a big group) arrived at the hotel on a rainy Sunday evening (July 13) while there was some light out. No one at the reception. Based on reservation details and some message left by an employee, we managed to find our rooms. Office is in one building and just a short distance across (have to go outside) is the building with the rooms. Rooms have a small stove and some shelves (good for slightly long-term stays). Bathroom, TV, beds. Doors of all rooms on a floor open onto the same balcony. Beautiful view of the mountains. Rains brought a fine mist...breathtakingly beautiful. No wi-fi because they switched it off when they left for their weekends though we had a reservation! Breakfast was basic but filling. Overall...a very nice location, comfortable, but a bit cold in terms of their "hospitality.""
