GGuest UserOn the second day of my visit to Tashan County, I changed to this hotel after staying at a bad hotel the day before.
, very satisfied in all aspects, very much beyond expectations! !
The facilities are all new, the room has oxygen supply and humidifier, the hot water is large and the water temperature is very warm. The most praiseworthy thing is that there are enough socket holes! This is great for people like us who have a lot of electronic devices. There are two sockets on each side of the bed, and there are sockets next to the sofa, sink, kettle, and toilet. Apart from that, the details are well considered, such as the paper towels are baby paper towels considering the dry climate.
The hotel is quite clean, the bathroom and bed are very clean, and the toiletries are from Herborist which smells quite nice.
The service was very good. They took the initiative to help us carry our luggage to the room, explained in detail the use of the oxygen supply equipment, and gave us a dried fruit plate and a fruit plate. In the evening, they gave us two glasses of milk. When we checked out, they sent us to the parking lot and gave us a bag of fruit and mineral water as souvenirs. Thank you.

First of all, as soon as you enter the door, the lobby manager and the waiter will trot over to help you pick up your luggage, saying don't get tired for fear that you will have altitude sickness, and immediately send anti-altitude sickness 🍵, the room has oxygen inhalation equipment and a humidifier! The service is really dedicated. There is also a brother who leads the team to stargazing in the evening, and in the morning you can also lead the team to watch the sunrise~ The breakfast is also delicious, the yak beef dumplings and the sea buckthorn leaf cakes with beef sauce are delicious, and most importantly, they help you bake bread to take with you in case you are hungry on the road! ! ! Must praise! Strongly recommend! Also recommended nearby Pakistani restaurants are also good

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Wanda Moment in Tashkurgan, and I can confidently say it’s the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! This hotel truly embraces high technology while providing exceptional comfort and cleanliness.
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the well-equipped facilities. The gym and billiards room were fantastic, and the laundry facilities made my stay even more convenient. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right.
One standout feature was the attention to guest comfort. The room was equipped with an oxygen machine and a humidifier, which was a thoughtful touch given the dry climate in the area. However, I did notice that there was no air conditioning, just heating. I highly recommend opening the window to let in some fresh air; it made a significant difference in my comfort level.
Overall, Wanda Moment is a remarkable hotel that exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to return!

When we arrived, the staff stood by the door and greeted us warmly. As the weather fell to extreme lows during the period we were staying there, the heater was unable to keep the tents warm enough.As such, the staff graciously upgraded us to a family room inside the building. The view was absolutely stunning from the room. When the sky is clear, you can even see stars from their rooftop! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy, while the bathroom was very well equipped. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, and there was even a humidifier in the room which was perfect for the cold and dry weather.
The service of the staff was exceptional. My husband and son experienced altitude sickness upon our arrival at the hotel, and they took extremely great care of them, even cooking them a warm meal. They even provided us with snacks before we left for our day trip. On our last night, they invited us to have dinner together. The staff prepared a home-cooked meal which was very delicious. During the duration of our stay, the staff took exceptional care of us and made us feel at home. Even as we checked out, they gave us a farewell gift as a token of appreciation.
I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! This was truly a great stay, and thank you to the staff who was committed to ensuring that my family had an amazing stay here!

But because the owner of the hotel is too enthusiastic

Two 1.5m and one 1.2m bed are more than enough for five of us to sleep
The bedding is clean and hygienic, the mattress and pillows are very comfortable, and the pillows are high and low. Every day, I can see the aunt's hard work cleaning up, one customer and one change. The boss rode a small tricycle to send the washing.
The boss enthusiastically introduced us to the travel power, and met the local marriage at ten o'clock in the evening. The boss enthusiastically introduced us to ”force” us to feel this rare local customs.
I am so happy to use a small tricycle to carry our guests with children to visit the wedding. So cute haha
I was so happy to encounter such a humane homestay on the way from Dalian to Xinjiang. It was the most comfortable two days for half a month. Must give a big praise! ! !

The front desk staff had a very good attitude and enthusiastically introduced the route and inquired about weather changes and other information. Breakfast was also good. Highly recommended. The parking lot is large and free. Next door is the famous Yipin Yak hotpot restaurant, which tastes very good.

GGuest UserGood reviews! The location of the hotel is amazing. You can see the magnificent Pamir Plateau scenery of Tashkurgan County as soon as you go out. In the morning, when you open the window, the sun shines on the top of the continuous snow-capped mountains. The picture is so beautiful that it is suffocating. Here, you can enjoy the unique natural scenery of Tashkurgan County while lying in bed. This experience is great!
