The hotel is quite clean, the bathroom and bed are very clean, and the toiletries are from Herborist which smells quite nice. The service was very good. They took the initiative to help us carry our luggage to the room, explained in detail the use of the oxygen supply equipment, and gave us a dried fruit plate and a fruit plate. The room was equipped with an oxygen machine and a humidifier, which was a thoughtful touch given the dry climate in the area. However, I did notice that there was no air conditioning, just heating. I highly recommend opening the window to let in some fresh air; it made a significant difference in my comfort level. Overall, Wanda Moment is a remarkable hotel that exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to return!
