This was the worst hotel we stayed at during our trip. I booked a room online that showed a spacious layout with a sofa and a double-sized bed. However, upon check-in, we were given a much smaller room with two single beds, which looked very different from the photos shown online.
I reported this issue to the front desk and requested the room I originally booked. Although they said a suitable room was available, the condition of the room we were transferred to was unacceptable. While the bed was made and bottled water, coffee, and tea were provided, the basin had not been flushed 💩 and the refrigerator still contained food from the previous guest.
This experience was very disappointing and did not meet basic cleanliness and service standards.

Actually, when I first arrived, they didn’t have my booked room available, because someone else overstayed. While i had to wait 20-30 minutes until they cleaned the room, i think it’s still a nice sign that people wanna stay more. Room is clean. No public transport around, but taxis are affordable. Also , manager sent an email when booking and explained a lot about the process of getting here and some good tips for travelers. Overall experience is nice , they provide bathroom utensils like toothbrush and toothpaste, soap and single use slippers. Unlike many places in Uzbekistan( even hotel Uzbekistan doesn’t provide those, crazy ikr). And here I attached some pictures of the room and the lobby. Peace ✌️🕊️

The hotel's proximity to the airport was a plus. However, it was quite far from tourist attractions, making taxis a necessity. Dining options nearby were also limited. On the bright side, breakfast was well-prepared with a good variety, which was very satisfying. The hotel itself was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Although it's located on a main road, noise wasn't an issue. There was a power outage during my stay, lasting from morning until afternoon, with no clear reason given. Despite this, it was a great stay overall. Thank you!

Large hotel close to the airport. Fantastic breakfast. Rooms very clean. Only negative is the wifi was very slow.

For the price paid the hotel was ok. The first room they gave us really had a bad smell so they did change our room to a better one. The bed has a hard mattress tea and coffee making facilities ok and toiletries and toothbrush provided as well as a fridge no view to speak of
We did request a breakfast box as was checking out early despite agreeing to provide one they failed to do so
The hotel is not near anything apart from the airport

Perfect service at the front desk, also good and delicious breakfast included. The cleanliness of the room is pretty well but still room for improvement. Overall, take the price into consideration, this hotel is good enough! Recommend!

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel maintained good facilities and offered a pleasant atmosphere. The location felt a bit out of the way, with no convenience store or food options on the side of the road with the hotel, however that isn't the hotels fault. The room was nice and compact with a big shower in the bathroom.

The best part of this hotel was the included breakfast buffet. The buffet was so good in fact, that I viewed the situation as though I paid for the buffet and the room was free. The cost of this hotel was approximately 20 US Dollars and the breakfast was worth at least that. So rather than them offering you a free breakfast with your room, they should offer you a free room with your breakfast. Other than that the room was average. On the downside the hotel is on a busy road and there are no restaurants nearby, although there is one about 1 km or a 15 minute walk. The train station is another 10 minutes in the opposite direction. This is not such a negative because there are many hotels in this vicinity so I suppose they all have the same problem no nearby restaurants.

I lost some money in the hotel. Unfortunately, the camera was broken at that time. I didn't open my bag in the middle. The manager didn't come until 9 p.m. He talked very nicely and said he would solve the problem for us and check the surveillance. But in the end, there was nothing. I guess I just have to consider myself unlucky.
