Foi tudo ótimo. O Marcelo nos atendeu prontamente, teve algum problema com a reserva mas logo ele conseguiu resolver. Não temos o que que pontuar de ruim, foi tudo maravilhoso. Café da manhã excelente com pães e frutas frescas.

Cheap but disappointing. Room in need of repair, damaged bedside lamps, torn bedsheets & stained floors. Otherwise, room was clean. Breakfast was good. Shower was excellent! Cheap shouldn’t mean lower standards..

Very run down. First look up on the drive up. Broken skylight panels, fountain not working, pavers uneven. Pool was supposed to be the best part but was closed for maintenance the whole trip. Noisy maintenance work inside and out. Showers full of mold and missing grout. Very dated fixtures. Splintered wooden cabinetry. Poorly repaired walls. blackout curtains had holes. Musty smell in the rooms. Bedding was comfortable with nice pillows. Same breakfast choices everyday- adequate quality. Poor wifi. No internet authorized on the TV... forget your hulu or firestick! Limited cable options.

um bom hotel para quem deseja uma hospedagem rápida de uma noite. perto da Dutra, é limpo e com acomodação adequada, oferecendo academia e bela piscina. Cama boa, chuveiro forte. Recepção com atendimento correto. Mas tem dois problemas graves para quem acorda após 8 horas: o café da manhã é fraco e sem reposição. Fui tomar cafe às 9:30h e já nao tinha pão de sal (francês), pouco queijo, poucas frutas e o café estava friom e muito ruim. Decepcionante para mim que valorizo café da manhã em viagens. O outro prblema é que 8 horas da manhã ligam a fonte da piscina (que era pertinho do meu apartamento 230), que faz barulho e acabei acordando mais cedo… Também não recomendo o restaurante. Pedimos um entrecôte, que foi servido morno. E já não tinha porções de feijão e polenta frita.

Otima estadia. Quarto silencioso com bom ar condicionado. Cama king confortavel. Sinal de internet muito bom no segundo andar. Ótimo cafe da manhã. Funcionarios extremamente atenciosos e educados. Piscina boa mas com poucas espreguicadeiras para uma manha de Domingo com Sol.
Voltarei a me hospedar.

O quarto é excelente. Super novo. Roupas de cama bem limpas e cheirosas. Tem secador nos banheiros. Iluminação excelente. O café da manhã é bom. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos também. Ressalto a Cleusa (governanta) e a Maria da recepção que nos atenderam muito bem. Sem falar no gerente geral, Germano que sempre estava se um lado pro outro para atender as demandas dos hóspedes sempre com muita agilidade e carinho.
