"Three people traveled, 2 people lived in the living room upstairs with 2 single beds, and the other person lived in the innermost room with a double bed. In the middle was a simple kitchen and a dry and wet separated bathroom. Although it is a bit old, it is still clean. It is very quiet here, next to the spa thermal park, there is a hot spring pool at the end of the park, the autumn scenery is so beautiful"

"The room is large, the location is great, and parking is free. Just outside the hotel is Lake Taupo, New Zealand's largest freshwater lake. The hotel facilities are very new, the beds are big, and the Wi-Fi is very good. The hotel is very close to the city."

"I recently stayed two nights at Waitakei Resort and had a wonderful experience. The surroundings were incredibly peaceful and scenic, offering a perfect escape from the city. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any request. I especially enjoyed the resort’s natural hot springs — a highlight of the stay. The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious, with plenty of options and fresh ingredients. Overall, I would highly recommend Waitakei Resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and refreshing getaway. I hope to visit again soon!"

"Was fast easy service. Locationwas great did however have a lot of noise from the floor above moving furniture around it was loud. Otherwise had a great stay."

"I booked a Cabin with Kitchen, It did not mention, the Shower and toilet are shared. When I take the option in Trip.com, The rest of Cabin did mention shared Bathroom and Toilet, Mine did not mention it was shared. The staff told me to upgrade it to other Carbin with Own bathroom. I said, it should not be a upgrade, it should included. I said : May I talk to the manager? She said, results will be the same. If it is a shared Bathroom, it should state in decription. Other than this, everything is fine and good."

"The hotel location is very good, right by the lake and there are two big trees at the door. It is about 5 minutes walk from the swimming area and the commercial area where there are many eating places. The room was large and cleaned. The parking space is a bit small. The sunset at the door was beautiful."

"Because of the epidemic, the prices are so cheap. This time is suitable for going out. There are not many guests in the motel, so you don’t have to worry about disturbing others at night. The spa is very spacious and comfortable. I brought my own wine to the past. The overall feeling is very good. it is good"
