The service was excellent, both in reception and restaurant, but the services in the facility were a bit unfavorable in the sense that personally, as I was with my pregnant wife, I had a room on the lowest floor the first day, everything was fine because there is an elevator, but The rest of the days they had them out of service, which in a place like that I think can't go wrong. The gym was a bit poor and the only machine that it had did not work well, the impossible parking on the second day was that I was able to get one and pay it to the hotel, when you go to make a reservation you will see a buffet breakfast option for €4 that does not exist lol. The rest all good. I think that services such as the elevator should be guaranteed to keep them in optimal conditions. For the rest all good.

Amazing location and impressive hotel, let down by a few areas. We loved the location and the hotel set into the cliff face is very impressive. The food is the major let down, some parts are amazing but they’re getting the key areas wrong. Also some of the chefs are not trained, undercooked food. Both myself and another guest had food poisoning from what we felt was the salmon. There is a sickness bug going round but this wasn’t that - I’ve had food poisoning before and this is the same. The staff also seem reluctant to give decent portions - you have to stand there and almost demand another slice of meat. It’s like they’ve been told to limit costs. My son slipped on some water (no sign) and we let the hotel know but they didn’t put a sign up - it was really dangerous on a high up walkway. He also jumped on a rusted manhole cover (clinging on and will break any day now) this is on the edge of the hotel and someone will go though this. Lastly the All Inclusive + package doesn’t work. The guests are protective over their sun beds when the whole area doesn’t get used. The package isn’t worth it and the hotel would be better off making this one standard for all guests and utilise the space better.
