The location is more convenient for diving across the street, the room is smaller, but also well-equipped. The front desk black old girl, has been in a friendly reminder of the keys thrown away compensated 250 knives, before a customer threw. The room needs to have a deep cleaning service. Everything we touch, it was full of dust. I had to use a washcloth to wipe every single thing literally! The wall apparently was fixed but poorly done. It was definitely NOT a 3 star hotel. Not worth for the amount of money I had to pay for 1 night stay.

We had a creekside room but no view unless you were on the patio which other people were using our table and chairs. I guess I assumed that each rooms table and chairs was for the rooms use and not just anyone that was staying at the motel. The only window we had facing the canal was our tiny bathroom window. The other window faced the road and it had frosted coating so you couldn't see out of it either. Definitely didn't get a room that was pictured. The room was big and the a/c worked great. Parking was tight. Overall not what I was expecting and probably won't return since there are other properties similar in price that we have stayed at.
