Excellent new hotel right in the heart of Tbilisi. The breakfast was great, and the room was clean and fresh. The mattress was super comfortable. The only downside is that since the hotel is on a very busy street, it can be hard to fall asleep before midnight, or even later.

Excellent location. I was surprised at how little i needed to move around to get to different key points in Old Tbilisi. I only took a cab after checking out and moving to a different hotel (I had some change of plans but there was no room available for me to extend my stay). I would say this hotel is a highly functional hotel. I didn't opt for the breakfast buffet as I wanted to just go out and try Georgian food. The staff is great, the room and internet is great. Quite affordable price given the absolute prime location. Highly recommend.

A good, clean hotel (though the carpet is dirty, they could use some Vanish). It's not quite a 5-star, but a solid 4-star. Breakfasts are standard. The bed is very comfortable, and the linens are nice. The staff is polite and speaks a little Russian. The best part is its location. I recommend it.

Great hotel location. The room felt a bit tired. The most unpleasant thing was the light-colored carpet, which really needs replacing due to splashes and stains from wine and other drinks. The staff were very responsive. We were able to check in at 12 PM without any extra charges or grumpy faces. Our room overlooked the courtyard, which was a plus. We could hear birds singing through the open window. The room itself was quite spacious and comfortable. The bedding was pleasant and clean. The towels were okay, maybe a 4 out of 5.
