Highgarden Hotel

I was absolutely delighted with this hotel! The staff are extremely customer-oriented! First of all, they checked me in ahead of time, treated me to breakfast, and at my request, arranged for a guide who showed me many beautiful sights! They also offered airport transfer services and called a taxi for me upon check-out. The rooms are spotlessly clean! They have everything you need: a safe, a refrigerator, air conditioning, and an electric kettle! It's just a 2-minute walk from public transport to the hotel!

Getting this place at this price is an absolute steal! I stayed for three consecutive nights, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job every single day. I also thoroughly enjoyed breakfast every morning. The menu changed daily, offering pleasant surprises like spicy beef rice, beef stew, egg fried rice, pomegranate juice, and cherry juice. The elevator is a bit on the slow side, but it’s decked out in lavish, golden decor. Overall, it was a great experience. Best of all, taking a taxi from here to anywhere in the city center is quite cheap, around 10 GEL.

Overall, the location yesterday was pretty good. It's very close to the city center by subway. The room was spacious, and breakfast was decent. The staff and environment were also quite nice. All in all, it was great.

We stayed for one day to be closer to the airport. So there's not much to write about as we didn't leave the room. However, it would have been good if breakfast started earlier than 9:00 AM, or if they offered a lunch box upon request.

Good hotel with fresh rooms. Thanks to the administrators who immediately offered (without extra charge) to upgrade us to a higher class room, as our original room was flooded after the rain before our arrival and smelled strongly of dampness. Wonderful mountain view.

The hotel is clean and not far from the city center; a taxi ride costs less than 10 Lari. We stayed in a family room with a terrace, and the top floor was quite cool. Breakfast was plentiful and hygienic.

This is a decent hotel in a quiet area, relatively new with a good quality renovation. The deluxe room on the 6th floor has a large open balcony with a beautiful view. However, the carpet in the room really needs a good cleaning. It feels like it's only swept and not washed, as it's full of stains from wine, coffee, and other things, plus hair. The hotel's main drawback is its unhelpful staff.
