Good hotel. Clean toilets and rooms. Very helpful staff. The hotel location is quite high and the road is narrow. It is difficult for cars to enter. No free bottled mineral water. Have to buy it.

The room was clean enough. And I love the location

The ambiance of the hotel is great, from the view outside of our room, you can see the scenic beauty of the views at the top. The service is also great, they are friendly & approachable, there's a free breakfast, the foods are average. We spent a beautiful and calm stay on this hotel for 1 week.

Well, the host is nice and the view from the terrace is great. But the rooms are need to be repaired. Good for one-night stand.

If you want a taste of Georgia, this hotel may be just the place for you. It’s located in an atmospheric old residential neighbourhood of twisty streets and steep climbs. If you know cities like Hong Kong, Istanbul or Belgrade, you’ll be familiar with this. You can walk it easily from the Central Railway Station. Otherwise the 368 bus will bring you most of the way. The hotel is pleasantly decorated and has a large verandah with a nice view over the city for breakfast or an evening drink. In season, they have a mangal (a traditional barbecue) and live music in the evenings. The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything I would expect including a small fridge and TV. A kettle, tea and coffee would also be nice. For me the highlight was breakfast. It's a buffet of homely sweet and savoury Georgian dishes made freshly by the owner, including eggs, salads and traditional small, thick pancakes with sour cream. If you’re looking for traditional hotel comforts you’ll find them here, with warmth and an authentic local twist.

The hotel is in a good location with a beautiful view of Tbilisi. However, the walk to the hotel is very steep.

It was clean and had a great view... It was excellent value for money. I'd love to visit again next time.

The hotel is a 40-minute walk from the sights. At first they gave us a room on the third floor, with an entrance from the balcony. The room is standard, a price-comfort ratio. The entrance door is plastic, and when you lock it with a key, there is a gap through which air blows. The furniture is a bit worn. We asked the administrator to change the room. We moved to a room on the first floor next to the reception. The room is better, more space, there is an entrance area. It is tidier. The bathroom does not have a shower wall, and there is no curtain either. If you swim, it splashes in all directions. Be prepared to swim. The pressure in the shower feels like it cuts your skin. The stream of water does not flow straight, but in different directions. Don't expect cleaning in the room, but we were there for 2 days The breakfasts are tolerable, from the category of homemade cold. Every day sausage, cucumber/tomato, boiled eggs, buns, and a couple of dishes that change. It is better to come for breakfast first if you are counting on choice and hot food On average, you can stay in a hotel if you do not want to overpay for accommodation.
