When we arrived there was no one at reception. After about 30 minutes of waiting I called the owner who told me she would be with us in 10 minutes. Forty five minutes later she still hadn’t arrived. I called again only to be told to wait another 10 minutes after which she finally arrived. During the whole 3 nights we stayed there was no one ever at reception. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

The room was fine, but there was a problem upon check-in. The front desk kept saying I hadn't paid in advance, and it took two hours to resolve.

Stayed at this hotel while in Georgia for 3 days. The location isn’t too bad only 20min walk from the old town. The hotel is down a dark alley and not easy to find. The owner is pleasant but it did take her 25mins to appear when trying to check in. There is no housekeeping in this hotel. On our final night at about 10.30pm we received a knock at our door from the owner with a joiner to put a shampoo holder up in our bathroom which we didn’t appreciate at that time of night. Overall I would not recommend this hotel
