First, the positives: the location is good, and the breakfast terrace offers a decent view if the weather permits. Now for the main points: the hotel's cleanliness and facilities are terrible. There were large stains on the wall near the entrance, unexplained white stains on the hairdryer and bathroom shelf, and tangled hair on the bathmat. The air conditioning seemed ineffective, and the whole place felt old, worn, and neglected. Regarding service, the front desk staff at check-in were warm and friendly. However, the person at check-out had an awkward and grumpy expression for some reason. The breakfast lady was moody and unpredictable. I went to the restaurant ten minutes before breakfast opened, hoping to wait for an outdoor seat, but the lady rudely chased me away. Overall, I strongly do not recommend this hotel. I have no idea how Ctrip awarded it five stars; it's more like a small motel.

Awful! This is my first time writing a review for a hotel because I've never had any complaints about other hotels. But this one left me with an extremely terrible impression. I stayed here for two nights. Firstly, the hotel desperately needs renovations. Secondly, whatever you ask for, it's either unavailable or they'll bring it to you several hours later. The air conditioning simply doesn't work at all. It can only be turned on remotely, you can't adjust it yourself. I asked to have it made a bit warmer, and they decided to turn it off completely instead. It was impossible to sleep due to the stuffiness. They decided to open the window for me. Since the windows face a busy street with constant traffic and noise, sleeping with an open window was 'amazing.' They simply decided not to clean our room. When I asked why it wasn't cleaned, they told me I had put up the 'do not disturb' sign. By the way, I had no idea such a thing even existed and definitely didn't put anything up! The shower just has a mind of its own, and after every use, there's a flood... Aside from the location and the terrace, this hotel has zero positives. The breakfast, by the way, is nothing special either. This hotel is not worth the money. I wouldn't give it more than 2 stars.

A wonderful hotel with an excellent location. The metro station and a large shopping mall are just a couple of minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants and main entertainment spots nearby. Breakfast is served in the panoramic rooftop restaurant. The room is spacious, and cleaning is daily. All amenities are provided in the room. The room is quite quiet, but earplugs wouldn't hurt – one day there was some kind of party nearby, and I wouldn't have been able to sleep without them. The only minor drawback is that the room doors need to be adjusted. They didn't close by themselves, so we had to check every time.

The room was spacious, the environment was quiet, and everything was clean. I was very satisfied with the customer service. It's conveniently located for transportation, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. My family loved it and found it trustworthy; everyone was pleased.

The hotel is excellent, and check-in was quick. The rooms are good, a bit worn in places, but overall fine. Breakfast is served on the terrace upstairs, and there's a gym. It's clean and cozy, and the staff answered all our questions and helped out whenever possible.

This is a beautiful hotel. The views from the window are stunning, you can see the Mother of Georgia statue. The corridors and the room itself are decorated in nude tones, which is very calming. The room has everything you need – bathrobes, towels, shampoo, shower gel, a sewing kit, shoe polish sponge, slippers, and a basic necessities kit. Each room has quotes from famous people about Georgia written on the wall. My room had quotes from Pushkin. Breakfast is served on the terrace and includes red caviar, fish, and various berries like blueberries, watermelon, and cherries. The terrace offers views of the Mother of Georgia and Freedom Square. There's also a 24-hour restaurant nearby that makes a pretty good Ajapsandali.
