Everything was great, here's what stood out: the balcony view, the mosaic-tiled shower, the friendly reception at check-in, breakfast on the terrace with a view, disposable slippers, and good quality shower gel and shampoo 😊

Everything was good, the only thing is it's a bit of a tough climb up the hill.

The balcony was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming. However, there were no screens between the balcony and the room, the bathroom had no window, the exhaust fan wasn't working well, and the room was very damp. I tried to open the balcony door at night, but then there were mosquitoes.

A very nice hotel. Close to all the sights, everything is within walking distance. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is delicious.

I can't imagine getting to this hotel without a car; it's located very high up the mountain. We had our own car, and the streets are very narrow, everything is blocked by cars, it's very difficult to drive up the steep hill, and finding a parking spot is practically impossible. Now about the hotel itself: it's small; the view from the top floor is probably nice, but from the ground floor there isn't one. The soundproofing is zero. The room is relatively clean, only a few small ants crawling around, but they weren't a bother. The breakfast is simple, and the coffee from the coffee machine is tasteless. I wouldn't come back here.

We stayed at this hotel from March 3rd to 5th, 2026. It's conveniently located with a magnificent view from the window, near the sulfur baths. However, our room lacked hangers, the bathroom was damp, our laundry didn't dry, and the heated towel rail didn't work. We had no trouble walking up the narrow street in Tbilisi's old district. Breakfast was adequate, but not overly so. This hotel is suitable for moderate-priced travelers, and we were satisfied with the price-quality ratio.
