The dog loudly barking in the next room, the heavy door slamming from 7pm to 1am (and again from 7am to 11am), the shouting children, and the constant plumes of gross tobacco smoke make this environment extremely unpleasant. And the chainsmoking employees literally staring at me while I eat breakfast was so cluelessly creepy that I didn't even eat in their downstairs area on my second (and thankfully final) day. The best part was leaving.

Location is in the heart of the city. Few minutes walk from the Freedom Square. A lot of options for breakfast, however, no rice :( The room is nice and clean, but no dental kit provided. They have bidet though, which is a plus point. Front desk said we have a 10% discount on the restaurant but didn’t get it :( Overall, it was a great stay but would be better if there is a dental kit for guests.

I arrived with my small child and pregnant wife, and we were met with absolutely terrible service. The lady at the front desk behaved awfully, yelling and cursing at us in Georgian. Then a security guard joined her and continued to curse at us! The staff are simply horrendous creatures!!! The parking lot wasn't properly equipped, so my whole family had to walk through a dark parking area and carry a 20kg suitcase up two flights of stairs by hand!!! The room reeked of cigarettes!!! We had specifically requested a quiet room in advance, but they gave us a room with windows facing the main street, and there was a party going on all night in the neighboring room on the same floor! Absolutely avoid this hotel! Plus, the breakfast was terrible!!!
