We had a wonderful stay at Mercure Tbilisi Philharmonic. The hotel’s location is excellent—right next to the Tbilisi Concert Hall and within easy reach of the city center, restaurants, and attractions. It’s both convenient and quiet. The rooms are modern, spacious, and very clean, with comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities. Everything felt well-maintained and stylish, reflecting the Mercure brand quality. The staff truly stood out: friendly, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Breakfast was varied and fresh, offering both local and international options. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and welcoming, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays. I would definitely recommend Mercure Tbilisi Philharmonic and would happily stay here again.

Good location in the heart of city, but room has no view. Comes with fridge and nice shower though.

The reception guy is rude. Lack of professionalism. I inform the management - which i appreciate the gesture to reach out. Train and inform your staff about courtesy and professionalism.

My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights. The staff were incredibly kind, and the room cleaning was excellent. The hotel is located in the Vera district, so there are plenty of restaurants and a Spar convenience store nearby, which makes for a very convenient location. However, the road directly in front of the hotel is a bus lane, which can be a bit inconvenient if you're taking a taxi with a lot of luggage. The restaurant/café on the ground floor of the hotel was quiet and comfortable for digital nomads.

We stayed here as a group of 6 with 3 rooms booked for just one night, and the experience was fantastic. The two gentlemen who welcomed us at reception were incredibly nice and helpful—they truly did everything to the best of their ability to make sure our check-in and stay were smooth. I would honestly recommend this hotel to everyone. A special thank you to Achi Paksadze and Davit Kokhreidze for the warm welcome and for making our stay so nice!

The hotel is generally well located; however, access by car is not very convenient. Vehicles cannot approach the entrance directly, so guests are dropped off nearby and have to walk to the hotel with their luggage. Overall, the staff leave a positive impression — the team works in a coordinated manner, and there is clear involvement from both the front desk and management. Unfortunately, this applies to a lesser extent to the restaurant and room service. Restaurant service could be improved: service is not always prompt, and tables are cleared with delays. At the same time, the food quality is good — breakfasts are tasty, and hot dishes are prepared well and replenished on time. I would also note that during breakfast, waiters leave the dining area several times to smoke, exiting directly from the restaurant. As a result, the door is frequently opened and cold air enters the room, which is uncomfortable during the winter season. I would also note that communication with room service was inappropriate — the order was taken in a rather rude manner, which does not meet expectations for a hotel of this level. The rooms are very compact. Once a suitcase is opened or a chair is moved away from the desk, it becomes difficult to move around the room. All beds in the hotel are made of two joined beds; there are no king-size beds. This information was confirmed at the front desk when I attempted to upgrade my room. Room lighting is insufficient, and the windows face neighboring buildings. The organization of drinking water also raises questions. Despite the hotel’s four-star rating, water is not delivered to the rooms. Guests are expected to fill their own bottles from a water dispenser on the floor, where queues sometimes form, creating the impression of staying in a student campus. Housekeeping is carried out regularly, though not always thoroughly. At the same time, I would like to note a positive point: due to low occupancy, I was provided with a complimentary room upgrade, which had a positive impact on my overall impression of the stay. Overall, the hotel leaves a mixed impression: strong work from the front desk and management and decent food quality are combined with noticeable shortcomings in restaurant service, room comfort, and basic guest amenities.

Great location! Great room with spacious bathroom and shower. Needless to say that it is brand new (recently opened). Continently located - close to metro and funky suburb of Vake with great cafes and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff - can highly recommend it

I loved this hotel and stayed here more than 10 times for sure. But unfortunately, I have to admit that the service is getting worse 😩 If during my last stay they brought the requested dentel kits and slippers an hour after calling the reception, then this time - they didn't bring it at all! I see that the hotel is empty, but nevertheless, they put us in a room with such a view on the second floor. Where literally every office worker from the adjoining building could look at us.

The hotel is approximately 700m from the metro station, which is a reasonable walk. It seemed very quiet during my stay; the lobby was often empty, and there was usually only one staff member at the front desk. Most rooms face inward, so there's no real view to speak of. However, the price is very affordable, making it a good choice for a transit hotel in Tbilisi.

Our recent stay (10-17 January 2026) at Tbilisi Philharmonic by Mercure Hotel was excellent in every aspect. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, with exceptional service provided by Natia, the hotel receptionist. After flying more than 14 hours from Singapore to Tbilisi, she kindly allowed us to check in slightly earlier, which was greatly appreciated. She also recommended a local restaurant serving delicious Georgian cuisine, which turned out to be an excellent suggestion. Another friendly hotel receptionist we would like to commemorate was Daviti, he was not only friendly but also understanding and gave good tourist suggestions. The location is superb, with many supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants nearby, and it is conveniently close to Chachava Clinic. When arranging transport to the airport via Bolt, the hotel staff were very helpful in entering the side-door pickup location for us. The road in front of hotel is a busy road with bus lane hence entering into the Bolt cars will not be ideal. The room was very clean, cozy, and spacious. A particularly thoughtful feature was the hot and cold water filter machine located near the lift area, making it extremely convenient to refill water without the need to purchase bottled water from the supermarket. Overall, this was a very comfortable and well-managed stay under the Mercure brand, and we would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Location is good but difficult to call for bolt taxis as there is no stopping area outside the hotel. Also there is no parking area. There is no bell boy service so you have to take your bags yourself. Rooms are good and specious. Bathrooms are good as well. Housekeeping doesn’t speak any English so difficult to get through or order anything. Use the app through the QR code give. In the room. They don’t give milk for coffee but that seems to be the standard in Tbilisi hotels. We had a double deluxe room.
