Really outstanding value for money as this hotel is close to Rustaveli with a number of buses going to and from Freedom square as well as the old town. It’s also convenient for Avlobari where many day trips departs from. The rooms are excellent ! Clean, spacious and well appointed. There are a lot of flights arriving into Tbilisi in the early mornings, do note that you can enter a 00:00-06:00 check in option so that you can have a snooze as soon as you get in from the airport. Ii can’t really complain about this property, central, convenient and lots of shops close by. This is not down in the old town so the price is a bonus for what it is.

I strogly recommend his hotel. Amazing hotel in all criterias as it can be. Very fresh, clean and comfy amenities, spectacular place in a heart of a city, but quiet enough. Amazing and extra helpful staff. Atention to costumer is maximum. They even remember what I eat or drink and each morning waiting you with that. I would say that this hotel changed my opinion that hotels are no longer trying for customers. the Philharmonic Tbilisi Hotel perfectly denied that opinion. I will definetely back to this hotel again.

Location is good, breakfast really good, clean and made room every day. But reception is not kind ( Ms. Nina) my reservation was superior double bed but first night (522) she gave us single bed superior and asked next day, she said sorry, i can't give you another because empty rooms for her new customers. After that she gave standard room ( 419 ) she else offered to send us another hotel( low price but free transport!! ) She must be more kind and no difference between customers! Mercure hotel should care about her

I liked the hotel. located in the center - it is close to many attractions: the botanical garden, the Peace Bridge are 5 minutes away by taxi. 5 minutes walk and close to the metro, several exchange offices around the corner. about the hotel itself: clean and comfortable. They speak English at the reception - that's a bonus. The room is fresh, climate controlled, there are slippers, an ironing board with an iron, a refrigerator and tea accessories. soft comfortable bed. the staff is polite and friendly. I liked it very much - I recommend it.

Nice clean hotel, more business style. Convenient location. There is almost no noise from the street when the windows are closed. There were some minor hiccups on the service side, but they were quickly resolved.

The hotel is well-equipped. I feel that it is one of the hotels with the best service in Georgia for more than 10 days. Every service staff in the hotel is very enthusiastic, and the front desk staff are especially positive and enthusiastic. The breakfast is a thumbs up. One of the best breakfasts in Georgian hotels. The location is in the new district, lively but not noisy. The overall feeling is very good. Highly recommended

The hotel is located very conveniently. You leave it and find yourself right in the center of everything. The downside is the small bed. It says it's a double bed, but when I stretched my arms wide, I could grab the bed with both hands. My height is 167. Spacious bathroom, great breakfast, but not too varied. For that price, the hotel could have provided a lot more different food. The room is clean, but there are no toothbrushes, etc. There is a reminder in the bathroom that if you need it, ask the maid
