Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone..budget friendly still offering most of the facilities..very clean and hygienic..great location..very close to liberty square..and very friendly staffs. They also allowed us to do early checkin upon our request since we were very tired and had arrived early morning.

Starting with the staff here are the rudest people I’ve ever met (myself belongs to the same industry and having an exposure to different culture and people the staff here are completely inhospitable),unhelpful at everytime.The amenities that they claim on websites are misleading.. upon checkin on 20th July the receptionist briefed about the hotel adding that the pool was under construction however we could use the other block’s pool which belong the the same hotel, on approaching the same I was redirected to another building to use the pool and let me add which was accessible if you walk down the streets, cannot imagine myself or anyone walking down the streets to use a pool which was supposed to be a part of the same hotel.. coming next they will not provide you any complimentary water( which they claim to be complimentary) the receptionist refused to refill water more than 1 bottle per person in a day but she was happy to sell the same water which is supposed to be complimentary and a basic necessity..there are no room service at all, we asked the receptionist to renew our bath amenities on the second day to which we received a reply saying “ I cannot come, you need to come to reception and get them”.. being entitled of complimentary refreshments, we never used any, never asked for Housekeeping because when we asked to do so no one turned up since our second day of stay but we let it go what’s upsetting is that the staff is ready let you die thirsty even in the middle of the night and push you to buy water that’s supposed to be complimentary..the staffs treated us as if we were staying for free and we were under their favor at all times .never recommending this hotel or any hotel that’s under their chain..imagine yourself dealing all this after a long tiring day on a vacation

The hostel is a renovated old apartment with high roof and really good design and everything is very clean. It is located accross the music conservatory building and I met many musicians. Other positive thing about the location is that although it is near the best street of Tbilisi, there are many local stores and a bakery that are really cheap and lovely. The staff were really polite and helpful but not really happy! The kitchen is a modern one and a good place to make food and talk about gastronomy and culture with other guests from other countries 🙂 There is also a well designed bar with best drinks and it is not expensive.

Had a great stay experience in Tbilisi, the staff is really amazing and helpful, they gave me the travel tips and routes about how to travel locally with the help of public transport. My sincere thanks to Ms. Maria for going next level to create a special list of the recommendations of the spots I should visit, she spent quite a lot time to help me out in the concerns. Other team members were really attentive and helpful as well. The room was upgraded as per my Gold member benefit and the welcome drinks were honoured without any say. Centrally located near to all the major spots of the city and public transport is just 200 metres away from the hotel . Definitely a must place to stay when in Tbilisi.

A beautiful unforgettable view from a spacious balcony to the whole city, a clean newest hotel that takes account of all traveller requests. Good delicious breakfast from quality home products. A comfortable bed with quality clothes, full silence at night, so perfectly I haven't slept anywhere. The host of the hotel Irakli will help with the advice that to see where to eat, what wine to try, the most pleasant host!!! Very enjoyed! I will definitely come here again!

All good time of day. Rest in the hotel from 17 to 22 June 2019. Everything liked, ONLY RECOMMENDED, but now in order: Hotel location: Located in the old part of the city at the foot of Mount Mtacminda. To the Freedom Square, from which all tourist routes start, 1.2 km. Down is easy, but it is already hard to get up. And if Georgian wine is still loaded, it is almost impossible. But this problem is solved. Taks ride is quite cheap. There is a small shop in the 50 meters nearby. Metrics in the 150 are already quite a large grocery store. From the hotel on urban buses with route numbers 124 and 90 for 50 tetra per person you can reach the Mtacminda Park. The hotel was located by representatives of different countries. Germany, Russia, France, etc. Location: Booked 4 local rooms. The room is normal, clean, the place is quite enough. The bed linen is cleaned daily and changed with towels (thank the cleaner for your discretion). Mini – bar is not available, but there is a refrigerator. You can form the bar at your discretion. The bathroom was a large jacuzzi bath and a shower cabin. The curtains are not blackout, but are quite dense and well absorbed sunlight. Territory around the hotel: It just doesn't exist. In the old part of the city there is no free land, so there is a small parking in front of the hotel along the street at 3, a maximum of 4 cars. Hotel: Modernizated room of the hostel. But everything is done well. Those who do not claim to be individual, should like me. Price and quality correspond to the declared stars. Food: Breakfast was included in the cost of the room. No one will remain hungry. There is no such diversity, but everything is quite convenient. Especially since in Tbilisi eating is not a problem at all. Hotel staff: Excellent sensitive people. Communication with them is not a hard thing. Everything will tell, show, tell in Russian. Want to speak English - everything will be explained in English. Wi-Fi: A stable constant powerful signal. Login and password will give to the resepshn. Deficiencies: A person in a wheelchair will not be able to climb to the second or third floor, as there is no suitable elevator. First travel is like i dont want to come back to this hotel anymore. We came to celebrate our 3rd year anniversary in Tbilisi. The bad things was, we stayed at the 2nd floor and it was really worst! Air-conditioned not working we dont feel comfy at all its too hot especially when you're going to sleep, outside view was like a view of our neighborhood house (you will not feel that you are staying at the hotel) and you will not feel safe at all because if you open the door to feel the cold and fresh air, it seems like someone will come up and I tried to open the window, it's surprise me because it's totally broken! In the Reception, they are not friendly. Not smiling. About the breakfast, its really common. Thanks to the waitress who give us smile early morning whenever we eat there! Points will be given for the housekeeper who make up our room during our stay. What we enjoy in Georgia is, the hotel is near from the groceries, restaurants, fast food, etc. And the most thing we love was spending our day at Gudauri ski Resort and some tourist spot in Georgia. Hope to come back again to this country but i dont think to this hotel again.

Cost-effective, the big bed room is spacious and comfortable, the hotel staff is very good. Breakfast is not too much but tastes good. The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the city center and the punching place, can be reached on foot, but quiet in the middle of noisy, directly opposite the police station. However, the day tour fee of this hotel is relatively high, 50 to 100 Larry more expensive than directly looking for a travel agency, you can make a comparison and then choose.

An excellent hotel located in the center near the Dynamo stadium and the train station. Next to the hotel there is a lot of transportation to the old city and many places in Tbilisi. In 10 minutes in Harot Square. The hotel itself is new, impressive in its design, very clean, maintained to a high standard. His rooms are comfortable, equipped, very clean and quiet. This is in contrast to many hotels in Tbilisi which are actually residential buildings that have been converted into hotels. The hotel staff is kind, cordial, professional and gives personal attention to every guest. There is no doubt that the hotel staff is the main reason for it being an excellent hotel. The price of the hotel is very cheap in relation to the great value and in relation to the prices of similar hotels nearby. The price is less than half of the prices of less good hotels in the ancient area.
