Was just ok, we were there to sleep, and left before 5am. Talia then contacted after we had left everything perfect to say there was a stain on dining room chair upholstery and charged my card for the cost!!! I would suggest avoiding simply based on the property management / owner.

This place was ok (besides the rough, crusty towels), poor internet, dirty plates in kitchen and on the main road so very noisy. Also noise from the place next door with a young child which is fine but the walls are thin so the noise travels through (place seems to be a demountable). Also Talia the owner is very unpleasant. We booked about 5 mths prior to staying there and Talia took the full payment a mth prior to checking in. Our booking confirmation confirmed in writing 10am checkout. Talia then tried to change our checkout time on the day we checked in (after having fully paid) to 9.30 whereas our booking confirmation clearly stated 10am. Then she proceeded to charge $50 from our credit card (for 'unarranged late checkout!') and refused to give the money back. Obviously doesn't want repeat customers! I see from other reviews that this is not the first time she has done this. Do yourselves a favour and stay anywhere but Milford Road Apartments!
