Staff very friendly , , many time coming back , very happy to stay there , got alot shop around ! thank you , will be back again

Air cond is cold, just found few ants on the beds, bedsheets got stains on it.

The hotel staff brought us up to our room. Toothbrush and basic amenities were provided and they also provided us with drinking water.

Great value for money. I had a wonderful trip with my family and was very happy with the overall experience.

Basic hotel, good for short trips less than a couple of days. Bathrooms are also basic but functional. Right by decent shops and restaurants.

Totally impressed by the hotel staff namely Darman and Abid Ali’s friendliness and positive attitude toward the hotel guests. They are not only sincere and approachable, importantly they are willing to take the extra miles to make hotel guests like myself comfortable and cozy. I've been here several times already, and I always feel it's good value for money. The room and bathroom are very comfortable, but you definitely need to book in advance 🥹 because the hotel is sometimes fully booked when I want to check in.

I stayed here for one night to take the IELTS test. The hotel is just 2 minutes away by foot. There is a Mcdonald’s nearby and convenience stores. There is a cafe downstairs too. Checking in and out was a breeze. I was late for a few minutes upon checking out but they were gracious and did not make me pay. The hotel was a bit old but it had all that I needed.

Short stairs not convenience for luggage to lift lobby especially elderly parent's.should make half stair half slope.if handicap with wheel chairs also not covenience.

Location is convenient. However near to roadside which is noisy. Water heater is not hot.

Worst hotel just because its location nothing else. Price very high not worth at all

Good location for Mt austin nearby, many eateries around this hotel is rather old, but functional. Near to main road so is noisy. Only after midnight then things quieten down. In the morning the noise not so much, but the location wins everything..

Great service! We had a problem with the water heater, told the staff, and they fixed it right away. The room also very nice
