KSL Hot Spring Resort Reviews

All good. love the location. my boss insist me to book this place for his business trip so i guess it must be really clean and good.

Great stay as always, its my go to hotel for staycation now as long as they dont raise prices

love this hotel! one of the best and cleanest hotel in jb. altho it is abit far from the usual hotspots i.e. KSL mall, city square, etc, i will definitely book again because i can just take a cab :)

Check-in was a breeze but room available is not spacious. Breakfast is average. Toilet amenities consist of showers gel, shampoo and 2 flimsy toothbrushes. If you drive this hotel is good as the carpark is big.

Room with King sized bed is of decent size for family of 3 (toddler). Room is modern and clean. Location - nothing around nearby the hotel. Need to use grab car to get around. Hot spring Spa facility for men's - the water seems to be dirty. In need of a change of water. The cleanliness of the area has to to be improved. Breakfast- decent. Nothing special to say..

Nice hotel, lobby is spacious, fast check in.. Food selection not much but acceptable spread.. Facilites such as cafe, pool and gym are shared with residence.. Has special sauna spa pool.. Fast check out and nearby to eateries.

Hot Spring operations time should extend as 4-8pm is too short and not even have a chance to use it at all. Not food within walking distance but got a convenient stalk inside the condo level 5. The hotel quite new and the bathtub material is not ceramic and not even a standard size but good for one person.

Very good and clean hotel, even the door look is sometimes not functioning but very fast they staff is coming to change battery

Friendly staff at front desk and also hotel staff polite and friendly. Food is ok good. Room aircon nice and cool. Rooms are clean. Nice tv. Bathroom is well kept. Got fridge too.

Room was spacious and clean. Given us the highest floor. There was a planned power outage exercise from 1000Hrs to 1300Hrs, which they should have informed during or before the booking. Due to this we had no power and was inconvenient. Location is quite far from eateries and all.

This hotel location a but far from town. Cleanliness is good Breafast not many but choice but taste ok

Stayed a night, bed was clean and aircon was ok. Will repeat if nearby

Everything find unfortunately we are in rushing no time to expirance on hot spring, will stay there again to get try on it.
