Miico Hotel @ Mount Austin Reviews

I could have checked out late, but they started rushing me at 12 PM. I told them I was checking out late. They came up again at 1 PM to rush me, so I said I'd check out at 2 PM. The staff member said they'd charge me RM20, which I was fine with – it's just money. But then when I checked out at 2 PM, the front desk charged me RM35! I told them, if that's the case, I could have stayed until 3 PM! Why were your staff constantly knocking on my door and rushing me?! She claimed she called the room but no one answered, but I didn't hear the phone ring at all in my room. Being rushed every hour doesn't allow for proper rest. I'd already paid a deposit, couldn't they just deduct from that after I checked out?!

Not bad, this price can get this hotel is rly quite good. At least clean and comfortable, won’t feel anything weird. Ofc the corridor sound is loud and the room toilet abit smoking smell and wet wet smells

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well every night. The staff were professional and always ready to help. The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants and public transport. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is super convenient. There's a BBQ restaurant and a Japanese restaurant right downstairs. They also offer complimentary coffee and cookies in the lobby, and you can buy drinks and instant noodles there too.

Quiet and clean environment with a great location. There are many restaurants within walking distance.

The pillow cover, bedsheet and duvet cover were stained. Although the reception was helpful enough to replace them, but the new set also had stains. The bathroom sink is leaking and needs to be fixed.

very clean and near to Toppen, good for short stay, room quite spacious and toilet is clean

This hotel very clean and the staff also friendly. Got provided the facility very good. Surprised got given big mineral water. 😅

Great service, good location near aeon and toppen. Separate bath and toilet area. But soundproof not that good

Okay for a one-night layover, but I wouldn't recommend it for a trip or short vacation. The staff were terrible. In the morning, they suddenly started banging on the door. As I was getting up to unlock it, a staff member just swiped their card and pushed the door open! It even caught my hand and made it bleed. 🙂

Location is great，very convenient, very near to aeon tebrau

Hotel room was clean and new. But the location was a bit far from Aeon and toppen shopping mall for walking.

Location is good, plenty of public carpark. The room is just nice for 1 person stay. Super Single Bed, spacious toilet and very clean. Hot water and water pressure function well 👍 However, the bedsheet have little bit of stain. And the sound insulation very poor, the staff do their works very loud . Early morning cant sleep because of this. Hope this can be improved .

Worth the money. Highly recommended. Will stay here again in the future
