Absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The amenities are incredible with heated lake pool, spa facilities, and beautiful landscape throughout. The staff could not have been more welcoming and eager to provide whatever we requested. Our room was lovely with views of the lake and manicured grounds. There is ample storage in the rooms, comfortable bedding and very nice bathroom features. I had the best pedicure of all time with a beautiful view of the lake during it. Fabulous! Our stay at Schloss Seefels was a highlight of our 3 week trip in Austria.

Unquestionably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. There will be bigger, more expensive etc hotels on the planet, but for relaxation, this is my pick. I think they have the most important criteria (for me), just right. The location right on the lake is beautiful, the decor is so tasteful, food was excellent, but their greatest asset is the staff. You can tell the training and customer service is of the highest standard. In my opinion staff can make or break a hotel and the management here have it just right. I genuinely can't wait to go back when I need a breather and a bit of pampering. From the welcome glass of champagne to the dip in the heated lake pool, love it !

Schloss Seefels exudes luxury in every aspect. Rooms are gorgeously appointed; staff exceedingly helpful; property meticulously maintained; it simply dies not get better than this! Breakfast exceptional and dinner delivcious - the daily menu, while pricey, offers a true culinary experience!

We had a wonderful five nights here. The hotel was quiet during the week and there were plenty of sun beds overlooking the lake, which is lovely for a swim. The staff were great, as was the food and service. The evening meal in the restaurant was very pricey, but the more relaxed lakeside restaurant was reasonable. Our only disappointment was that it closed at 5pm most evenings. (I think because it was early in the season.) We asked for tea making facilities in our room as there was only coffee and this was provided. We thought there might be complimentary bottled water, but were told to drink from the tap, which we found a bit odd for this standard of hotel! The spa was huge and a lovely facility with stunning views of the lake. Our treatments were very good. All in all a very relaxing experience and we would definitely return.

Sehr gute kreative Küche im Restaurant und im Porto Bello, speziell das Frühstück a la carte auf der Terrasse war beeindruckend, großer Wellnessbereich, benutzten wir zwar nicht, waren lieber auf dem Badesteg, wo wir vom Bademeister bestens betreut wurden, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, wir vergaßen in einer Lade ein paar Sachen, bekamen diese problemlos per Post nach Hause geschickt, nochmals vielen Dank. Unser Doppelzimmer war mit Klimaanlage, Minibar, Kaffeemaschine sehr erholsam mit seitlichem Blick auf den See und die gepflegte Anlage. Gut funktionierendes Garagenservice für unser Auto, wenn auch nur mit Aufzahlung.
