Nice, clean, and spacious room with comfortable beds, a fridge, and a kettle. Everything worked very well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool is covered, but the water is relatively cold and not suitable for lap swimming. The gym is very small but offers a great view of the city. The breakfast buffet was good. We felt very comfortable. Overall, recommended for the price.

This hotel is a hidden gem nestled in the rainforest of Ubud. Waking up to lush greenery right outside your window, the air is incredibly fresh and revitalizing. The private bungalows offer ultimate seclusion, and the outdoor bathtub creates a truly enchanting atmosphere. Breakfast is delivered to your terrace every morning, featuring a delightful array of Indonesian specialties and fresh fruits. The staff are incredibly kind and polite, even recommending lesser-known local attractions. It’s the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city for a truly peaceful vacation.

Great hotel location. The breakfast had a good variety but the taste was just average. Cleanliness could be improved; there were spill stains on the carpet. The towels were worn out and the blanket was thin and dingy. It's conveniently located next to Darmo Hospital. The AC worked great! 👍

The environment is great, and it's conveniently located near Surabaya city center, making it very easy to get around.

Amenities: They provide disposable slippers, which are of average quality. The purified water is good, and there's instant coffee. The hairdryer is quite bad, but they do have shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner. There's a gym and a swimming pool, though the gym is very small. The room key card didn't work well; I had to get it reset twice. Cleanliness: Pretty good, actually. Only one pillow was dirty, but at least the other one was usable. For Indonesia, this is a very high standard. Ambiance: Quite comfortable. Service: They helped with luggage, and I was able to get a late checkout until 1 PM.
