We have had a wonderful time and opportunity to stay at Espinas Palace Hotel, one of the most luxurious and elegant hotels in Tehran. The hotel is located in the north of the city, with a stunning view of the mountains and the skyline. The lobby is magnificent, with a grand staircase and a beautiful chandelier. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome and pampered. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed, a sofa, a desk, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and clean, with a bathtub, a shower, and toiletries. The room also had a balcony, where I could enjoy the fresh air and the scenery. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable. The hotel has several restaurants and cafes, where we could taste different cuisines and beverages. we especially liked the Laton Restaurant, which serves international and modern Iranian dishes. The food was delicious and well-presented, and the service was attentive and professional. The Sunset Cafe was also a great place to relax and have a snack or a drink. The cafe has an outdoor seating area, where we could watch the sunset over the city. The hotel also has a fitness centre , a spa, a swimming pool, and a business centre. we used the fitness center every morning, which had modern equipment and trainers. The spa was very relaxing and soothing, with a variety of treatments and massages. The swimming pool was large and clean, with sun loungers and towels. The business center was well-equipped and convenient, with computers, printers, and scanners. We have really enjoyed our stay, special mention and thanks goes to Reception team for their amazing hospitality : Asal Khosravi, Mehrab Shahbaz and Atefeh Kahdooli. 💫⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 Star Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 💫

The room type did not match the reservation at check-in. There were no windows in 603 and there was an onion smell in the middle of the night. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff responded quickly. Easy to take a taxi. It is recommended to stay, but to avoid the transformation of the 6th floor loft room, no window depression.

The hotel staff was the best thing about the hotel. They were lovely and kind people, especially the reception team. Many people knew turkish and that helped us a lot. The rooms were nice with good views and the breakfast was good too. I would definitely stay there again.

GGuest UserI had an incredible stay at Firuze Hostel in Tehran! The location is absolutely ideal – easy access to the heart of the city and all the main attractions. Although the hostel is relatively new, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made my stay feel like a home away from home. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the hostel's atmosphere is warm and inviting. Plus, the prices are very reasonable for the quality of service provided. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Tehran and highly recommend Firuze Hostel to anyone, I’ll definitely be back.

吉吉It was good until my last day. I actually paid for towels that was stained because of my died hair. The hotel worker were really nice and I just wanted to thank them . The place is accessible to banks, buses metro stations and taxis everywhere. People on the street are kind and helpful. They were just happy to help. The weather is hot so bring water with you. The covering of the hair and the entire body except your face, hands and feet are ok. I also recommend that you can at least read or speak Persian if not, bring your phone with you and use it for translation or have someone with you who can speak and write Persian as not everyone can speak English.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself is good and I liked the room, there was no problem with hot water nor air conditioner. Breakfast was very nice although waffle or several items were unavailable even it is written as available on the open kitchen corner. One thing that disturbed me most is that the hotel doorman first tried to reject my entry saying ”Full” ”No Room” ” Go to other hotel” even I told him I had reservation. It took me so much pain to push away this arrogant and mannerless doorman to reach concierge. And this doorman also never helped me to carry my luggage at the time of checkout. Was he really a gatekeeper or hired as bouncer?

GGuest Userapart from the front desk, hardly anyone speaks english which is a very common for all hotels in Iran. The bell boys wanted to charge $1 per luggage in case any guest wants to weigh the suitcase. breakfast was just ordinary, no changes daily. they dont keep brown/white bread (what they refer to as 'toast'). even in the egg counter, only Fry eggs are provided, irrespective of what you have asked for!
