The location is a bit out of the way, but overall it is relatively clean and the surrounding area is relatively close to Darband

Very nice hotel, but the customer service from front desk not so good. Great rooms, fantastic breakfast and location was ok for me because I was going to the embassy of Mexico, but might not be so convenient for other popular places in Tehran.

Otel değil pansiyon gibi. Odalar çok eski , havasız, yataklar çok eski ve kötü, klima yok . İstemediğin sürece tuvalet kağıdı vermezler , havlu değiştirmezler, oda temizliği yapılmaz. Konum çok iyi ama hizmet berbat. Resepsiyon daki kişi çok iyi idi.

Room services are good and convenient, and it is relatively quiet place. The main issue is the hotel is near the highway cross, so it is crowded when going to downtown.

We have had a wonderful time and opportunity to stay at Espinas Palace Hotel, one of the most luxurious and elegant hotels in Tehran. The hotel is located in the north of the city, with a stunning view of the mountains and the skyline. The lobby is magnificent, with a grand staircase and a beautiful chandelier. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome and pampered. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed, a sofa, a desk, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and clean, with a bathtub, a shower, and toiletries. The room also had a balcony, where I could enjoy the fresh air and the scenery. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable. The hotel has several restaurants and cafes, where we could taste different cuisines and beverages. we especially liked the Laton Restaurant, which serves international and modern Iranian dishes. The food was delicious and well-presented, and the service was attentive and professional. The Sunset Cafe was also a great place to relax and have a snack or a drink. The cafe has an outdoor seating area, where we could watch the sunset over the city. The hotel also has a fitness centre , a spa, a swimming pool, and a business centre. we used the fitness center every morning, which had modern equipment and trainers. The spa was very relaxing and soothing, with a variety of treatments and massages. The swimming pool was large and clean, with sun loungers and towels. The business center was well-equipped and convenient, with computers, printers, and scanners. Nice hotel with large rooms. Breakfast is modest but delicious. It's not close to the center, but it's easy to take a taxi. It's quite cheap. The rooms are clean, air conditioning and kitchen, internet.
