I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel due to the poor service and unprofessional staff. We were treated very rudely during check-in, especially by the male cashiers at the reception desk. They didn’t provide any information about essential services like Wi-Fi or breakfast, and they held onto our passports without explanation. The second day, when we requested them back—for important things like getting a SIM card or opening a bank account—they were uncooperative and disrespectful. They just said, give me your other ID! Like giving us an order in command with rudeness.
The hotel’s taxi service is a complete scam. For a reference, last night we took a ride from the airport to the city (over 60 km) usually costs around $15–20, but in hotel, they charged us the same amount for a ride of only about 5 km.
The exchange rate offered at the hotel is also extremely unfavorable. We lost about 15% when exchange money at hotel.
On top of that, using the gym costs $5 per person. The gym trainer was incredibly rude and had music blasting at full volume. When I tried to turn it down, he became aggressive and almost physically confrontational.
I would definitely avoid this hotel which costs about 100 dollars at least per night for a standard low floor room. And people don't respect the law and smoke however they want. The whole non-smoking floor smells absolutely horrible.
