Bad hotel with bad stuff , no cleaning ,bad breakfast , with no soap and towels in the room

It's not a hotel but a hostel. The rooms are very old, stuffy, the beds are very old and bad, there is no air conditioning. They don't give you toilet paper unless you ask for it, they don't change the towels, the room is not cleaned. The location is very good but the service is terrible. The person at the reception was very good.
