The property features a well-equipped gym, modern family swim-up rooms, and clean pools. Rooms are spacious, modern, and well-decorated with large balconies and comfortable beds.

Arriving at the hotel at 2:00 PM, we were met at the reception by employees who do not understand English at all, we presented our documents and were told to wait 30 minutes, after a 40-minute walk around , we returned to the reception, we were again sent away, citing the fact that the room was not ready yet. When we returned to the reception again, one of the receptionists said that he could not find our reservation in their system and said that “we looked like scammers”. Is this how personal of a 5-star hotel should solve the problem. We were offered to contact customer support, but it was not possible to do this because you have no connection. At this hotel Wi-fi is working very bad

PROS: - Tasty good quality food, not much variety, but quality over quantity - Clean facilities, nice gym & pools - Beautiful resort - Big Rooms - Friendly staff - Babies friendly - Gave us a baby bath and a crib CONS: - Lack of proper organisation. Starting from cleaning team, mini bar replenishment, or the main restaurant. For example: *Plenty of times people knock ones and then just enter your room, giving you absolutely no time for reaction. This happened at least 5-7 times. *When asked for additional coffee creamer, they made sure we got two less next time. *On two occasions the restaurants opened too late resulting in huge crowds *2 hours before our check out, new guest were knocking on our door trying to speed things up. - Expensive “Extras” *140€ for a pavilion for a day at this time of the year is just a scam. *Massages starts from 100€ - 0 English * Understandable as this area is mainly Russian tourism, but it makes it difficult to communicate issues. *The only person who spoke perfect English was the towels guy, hope he get recognised or finds a better job. It’s a nice hotel, facilities 5/5, food 4/5, organisation 3/5. Unfortunately not one of those that you want to come back to. You can find much nicer hotels for the same price.
