New Hotel in Tel Aviv, good value for money This hotel recently opened (August 2025) and is located at a very busy — and admittedly rather unattractive — junction. However, it is extremely convenient for getting around the city. Thanks to the double-glazed windows, you can still enjoy a reasonably good night’s sleep despite the traffic outside. The rooms are nicely decorated in a modern style. Instead of a traditional closed wardrobe, there are open racks and hangers for clothes. The shower and toilet are situated in a glass-enclosed area within the room, which may not appeal to everyone but fits the contemporary design concept. One slightly unusual aspect of the hotel is the entrance. It consists of a large, dark, rather nondescript door that is easy to miss. There is no proper reception desk on the ground floor — just a counter, which was unmanned during my stay. To reach the reception, you need to take the lift to the 5th floor, where the rooftop terrace is also located. It feels a bit unconventional at first, but you quickly get used to it. There is a pleasant rooftop terrace, and the afternoon happy hour with complimentary wine is a lovely touch that adds to the overall experience. I found the price–quality ratio very good. The hotel lowered its rates shortly before my arrival, and in Tel Aviv terms it turned out to be a real bargain.
