I loved the hotel and the service was perfect. Negative point: The main restaurant was not open on Friday. I was unable to eat at the pool bar due to the opening hours on Friday and Saturday.

This is an amazing location! It is right on the beach. If you have enough Bonvoy status they take you up to the lounge on the 18th floor for check in. The staff up there is very attentive. Adan checked us in and made sure we had complete tour of the facility. Every evening we had drinks and a light Mediterranean style dinner. Plenty of fish dishes and the desserts were amazing. Anna, Zenaida, Nazal and Elena were all fantastic hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were also superb. We had beach front views and could watch the sunset every evening with nothing blocking it. I had a one bedroom, two bath suite that was bigger than my first apartment. The hotel restaurant also had a fantastic menu. During the day we could walk out to the Mediterranean and watch all of the runners, bikers and athletes go up and down the boardwalk. It appears that the French Embassy was right next door so there were quite a few French speakers around and the US embassy was just a little further down the way. The building felt quite secure and all of the amenities were top notch. Absolutely would come back and stay again.

The Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv is an excellent hotel. What really makes it special is the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff at the Club Lounge. I wish to especially thank Mazal for her warmth and friendliness during my check in process and throughout my visits to the Club Lounge. I also wish to thank Maria who spent time with me today successfully resolving a problem with a taxi service. Both women deserve special commendations. It is nice to see a cook preparing eggs for breakfast in the Club Lounge. My room is quite spacious, comfortable and clean. Housekeeping does an excellent job. The breakfast buffet in the main restaurant is fine. You can get eggs to order. The selection is quite large. It seems that you need to go to a coffee station and someone will prepare your coffee. The bathroom is fine for one person. Excellent shower! The pool area is quite large with covered seating by the pool and with upholstered seating away from the pool. It’s very breezy there even on a warm day. The gym is well equipped.

My favorite Hotel in Tel Aviv. There is great Lounge on 18th floor with amazing staff, extremely friendly and helpful manager and all employees, new employee Marry Ann was very helpful and always smiling. Actually the staff are main reason why I always book this Hotel. Thank you ❤️

The reviews are true. This is the finest Sheraton in the world (IMO). Great location. Excellent rooms and amenities. Excellent vistas. Excellent service. I want to call out Mary Ann in the Club Lounge. She was an excellent representative of the property throughout our stay in the mornings. Recommend: Club Level. Recommend: Rooms from x02-x10 My only comment for improvement: please ask h/c to wash new towels before use. My new towel was fluffy soft but it ‘shed’ all over me after use.

The Location of this Hotel is perfect in middle of Tel Aviv and next to sea, I really enjoyed my business trip, Th 18th floor lounge has nice sea view, Yummy foods and excellent service at Executive lounge by Elena, Alex, Adam and Maria. I am vegetarian, and here so much option for me. I recommend to visit and must try.
