Very well located, connected to one of the airport high speed railway station. So one can easily take the train from TLV airport and walk to the reception. Connected to a shopping mall and food court. Overall therefore very high degree of convenience. Room size is excellent (we were of course upgraded), and IHG status genuinely honoured (even if you have booked through points). Our stay experience was enhanced by a gentleman called Pasha. He was omnipresent, and very helpful. When we enquired whether there’s an elevator to the station level, (my wife had a bad knee and was unable to handle steps), Pasha offered to go to the station and check! He reached our baggage in the evening and carried it back when we were checking out. He acted as the Concierge also beyond office hours. Had breakfast in the hotel and found the variety as per standards expected. Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv CC will not disappoint you. The only feedback i have is that the invoice which the receptionist promised to e mail me (she took my e mail id on a piece of paper, although it’s available as I am an IHG member), never came in.

Breakfast is very average ... I care more about breakfast, so it feels lowered overall! The room is very convenient to see the sea, very close to a famous market, there is a restaurant near the intersection is delicious! The hotel's general hygiene, it is recommended to bring your own boiler, sleeping bag, toiletries, towels, bring all! If I have a choice, I still recommend staying in a luxury boutique hotel in the ancient city

There is no toothbrush in the room. I called and said that the hotel toothbrush was used up tomorrow. I was really speechless. At any rate, a four-star hotel didn’t even have a toothbrush. What’s more speechless was that I had an important meeting early in the morning on the last day. Check out at 6:30, not to mention that I called the morning service the night before, and no one called at 6 in the morning. I went to the front desk at 6:30 and no one checked out. The security said he didn’t get up and asked me to wait until 8 o’clock. In the end, I was the only one who returned to handle the deposit refund after the meeting, so I didn’t get on the last bus to return to Jerusalem on Friday Sabbath. The location is good, close to the sea and the bus station but the hotel is hidden in a dilapidated building, the room facilities are OK, the balcony is booked to see the sea, the bath water is also very good, but to be honest, the service and software facilities are really good It’s not worth the price and the four-star title. It’s better to add some money to stay in the five-star hotel Dan next door or simply stay in Abraham at least cheap and you can make many friends. In short, spending a few thousand dollars to stay in this hotel is not enough. Also delayed

A pretty ordinary welcome is what you'll get from the front desk, the man even going so far to say he didn't like the area. We then get to our pod at 3pm and it is dirty from the last person. The front of desk then gives us someone else's pod and key, but doesn't adjust the system so halfway through our stay we were locked out of our pod. The facilities are okay, but noisy with how it's constructed. The location is great, and the views even better. Just wish the service could improve.

Exceptional experience. WOM is located in a prime seaside location near Shuk HaCarmel, and other than a slightly confusing entrance, easily accessible to the entire city. Rooms are super clean and well stocked with towels, robes and flip flops. I was upgraded for free to a king room, which was extra comfortable. Will absolutely stay again.

A free spirited and Happy place… All the staff was very professional and amiable. Will definitely come back. Good breakfast, place for cooking. Beautiful and practical suite. The top terrace is worth to chill. Location is about 15 min walk to the beach throughout Neve Tzedek. Not far at all. I came “solo” and I’m not disappointed. Ps. Is not only for young people, we all can enjoy the place.

A fantastic break at the Carlton, fantastic staff as you'd expect from a 5 star hotel but these guys and gals went above and beyond, from the reception personnel and beyond the attention to service was remarkable, amazing location, and probably the best bed and pillows I've ever used.

We stayed at this amazing hotel for 2 nights (16th & 17th May 2023) after leaving our cruise which had travelled from Miami USA and ended in Haifa, Israel. We travelled by train from Haifa to Tel Aviv then got a taxi outside the train station directly to the Shalom Hotel & Relax at Atlas Boutique Hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 11am and were greeted at the entrance door by Yufus? Jusuf? (apologies if i spelt your name wrong) who lead us through towards the hotel reception desk. We were the first of a group from our ship who were due to stay at this hotel (booked by our travel agent) We were a group of 4 friends/2 couples. Within minutes of our arrival we were offered drink refreshments. The 2 ladies chose cappuccino and the 2 guys opted for a beer. These were quickly brought to us plus a plate of fresh baked croissants (told all were complimentary) Our receptionist (who we quickly found out had used to live in UK - Tottenham/London) was lovely, friendly and explained that although we were early as check-in isn’t usually until afternoon she would do her best to allocate us a room asap. We asked what the rooms where like as we hadn’t chosen them (our travel agent had included the 2 night in Tel Aviv in our cruise&stay package) We were informed our agent had booked the whole group into the hotels smallest/cheapest rooms, all with side views… but assured all were clean, comfortable and had all the amenities as the Front back facing rooms. We enquired about upgrading rooms and we were fortunate that we were able to negotiate/purchase an upgrade to 2 beautiful superior spa rooms (with hot-tub) on 4th floor, with sea views, facing the front of this hotel. These rooms were outstanding. Fabulous rainfall shower in bathroom, plenty of wardrobe space, really comfortable super-king size bed, minibar filled with complimentary soft drinks, a coffee/tea machine plus armchair, footstool and the fabulous hot-tub on a raised platform near the window. Also in our room was a complimentary gift of chocolates which was a lovely gesture by this hotel. A great way to spend the final days of our cruise & stay holiday. 👍👍👍👍👍 On the floor above us was a sun terrace equipped with daybed loungers, hammock, rocker chairs and table & chairs, plus gazebo and plenty of extra large sun umbrellas as/when shade was needed. The view from this terrace enabled us to see the sea and enjoy the fabulous sun sets each evening of our stay. This hotel offers it’s guests a fantastic complimentary snacks & drinks “happy hours” from 4pm till 6pm each evening in the ground-floor dining/lounge area. They provided tea, coffee, white wine, fruit juices, a selection of spirits plus an buffet of crisps, nuts, crackers, cheese, hot snacks selection, plus mini desserts of mousse, fruit and/or trifle. The 2300 hotel is similar to the domestic Samsung, with small rooms and poor facilities. Because it was a Marriott member, it was upgraded afterwards, but the area is the same and it is slightly renovated. There is a lounge upstairs, which is more confusing, and eats almost the same type as breakfast. Downstairs public beach. There are many restaurants and bars left and right from the hotel.
