A truly wonderful hotel with amazing facilities, comfortable rooms, 2 lovely bars/restaurants and a first-class spa! The staff at this hotel are truly wonderful and an asset to the hotel!

The staff in the hotel were very helpful. I stayed for 4 nights. When I checked in on day 1 I went to my room. The room was very dusty and there were holes in the carpet. The bath was running when I got to the room and I couldn’t turn it off. I contacted reception to report the issue and they agreed to change my room after someone come to look at the issues.  Checked into the second room and the theme was the same. Dusty carpets and skirting boards, bathroom not the cleanest either.  Other than the cleanliness of the rooms, the hotel is nice & the staff are friendly. The hotel is in need of a refurb though

On arrival staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room was very clean and comfortable. Every member of staff said hello whenever we passed, this made us feel very welcome and that our visit and comfort was important to them. Throughly recommend this hotel as we will definitely be staying again

Very pleasant stay, room was a good size, bed comfy, staff polite and approachable. Breakfast was great. Lots of parking. Would stay here again.

Cobwebs in the corner of the rooms Steam room not working Rooms not very soundproof Asked for a room away from the lift, they gave us a room right next to the lift
