The location is in Teltow, about 30mins drive to Berlin downtown.
And the ground floor of hotel is the restaurant and bar. So a bit noisy if you are a sensitive listener.

The staff was very friendly and understanding and allowed free-of-charge late check-out. The room had a good heating/cooling system but no kettle. Very satisfied overall.

To be honest, the location is ambiguous, but the room is very clean, especially the bathroom and bathtub. There was a vending machine on the first floor, and the breakfast was okay. The reason for the service rating of 4 was that there was no toothbrush. Could you please give it to me?

This is a tired hotel. The floor I stayed on smelt very bad. Bed was ok. Staff friendly. But not great.

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed it. Casual, friendly atmosphere, nice rooms and a nice restaurant. The menu is limited but everything is very tasty. We often decided to stay at the hotel and eat rather than going out for dinner and the lobby bar became our usual social space.
