Excelente lugar en Avándaro para descansar y desconectarse!! Instalaciones muy cómodas, buen estilo, moderno y sobre todo un servicio maravilloso de todo el staff. El restaurante es un super plus. Definitivamente regresaremos pronto.

Como lo dijeron en otra opinión, error que no tenga aire acondicionado, hace demasiado calor en la habitación, ponen un ventilador de torre que no ayuda en nada, aunque sea que pongan uno de techo ya que aunque abras las persianas la cortina debe permanecer cerrada porque da hacia el restaurante y no tienes privacidad. El hotel esta bonito pero también desde las 8 de la mañana se escucha mucho ruido, todo se escucha en las habitaciones y es muy difícil descansar. Todos son muy amables.
