Non-smoking room smelt like cigarettes. Room was disgustingly dirty! Bathroom was gross head cigarette stains on the ceiling walls from when the shower he did everything up. The room smell extremely bad!! There is so much outside activity going on homeless people drug dealers walking around. A few of the guys that were walking around outside kept trying to talk to my children saying hi waving at them winking at them telling them to come over to the vending machines. Had homeless people with all their blankets laying in there! Cigarette butts all outside. It says no animals allowed it smelt like urine outside the rooms and inside the rooms! Rooms need to be definitely updated . Bed sheets were extremely dirty had hair in their dirty feet Marks . The beds are so hard. I don’t even think our room was cleaned the beds were just made there was stuff on the floor from the previous person that stayed there All night long I heard dogs barking in the other room. You always heard people walking by your door touching your door handle talking. It was just an overall extremely bad place we felt unsafe I didn’t even sleep because I felt like I had to stay up and watch my family. Nasty nasty place

I recently spent three nights at Temecula Creek Inn for a work event. The team at the Inn did a great job accommodating our large group of over 50 folks. The setting is beautiful. My room could have used a little love but it was pleasant and comfortable. I opted out of daily room cleaning and instead was able to text the staff for my needs along the way; extra coffee pods and towels were quickly delivered. The stand out was the food we enjoyed as part of our conference. Truly excellent and served with grace and courtesy. We enjoyed two evenings in the adjacent ”Meadow” area with plenty of room for our group to socialize and relax by the fire. Very enjoyable experience overall.

Stayed here overnight for a girls wine tasting trip. The rooms were very clean and accommodating. There is a decent complimentary breakfast in the mornings. Was very pleased to see Turkey sausage and egg white options. All staff that I encountered was friendly and helpful. It was an added bonus that the rooms have a keurig, microwave and refrigerator. It is located close to wineries and the ******. I would definitely stay again

There was no food because of covid but the girl at front desk at night was amazing ...super nice and very helpful. The rooms were nice and clean I would definitely stay there again. I had a very pleasant stay!

The hotel is near the highway, but you can't hear. The viewable old town is in runway. The room is a large typical American motel room. All was clean and worked. There were enough sticks and the Wifi was good. Breakfast was a typical American buffet.

We had a room block of 20 rooms at South Coast Winery for our wedding weekend. We (the bride and groom) stayed in one of the big mountain king suites, and it was fantastic! We had lots of room for entertaining our bridal party and getting ready before the wedding in the living room area, and we still had our separate bedroom area. We had amazing views of the vineyards and hot air balloons from our giant patio. Our guests mentioned how nice the hotel was, and the whole booking process was very smooth. Overall, an amazing home base for our wedding weekend.
