The only thing about this hotel is the bird noise in front of the hotel. Got big trees in front of hotel, all bird held party there all night. So loud you couldnt even sleep properly

Good location and budget hotel for a short trip. Overall acceptable. The noises from the bird outside is real but it doesn’t bother me much. Room need renovation as there are many cracked on wall and stains.

Hoyel is comfortable, only the water machine has a little problem.. maybe a problem with the water pressure. Best overall.

Strategic location.. Close to Temerloh Mall. Just walk. Mamak's shop is nearby. The room is clean. Only parking is very limited. If you park under a tree, it's heartbreaking... When the morning is full of bird droppings
