Red Roof Plus+ Tempe - Phoenix Airport

Front desk lady was rude, I’m not sure if she was meaning to be but just in the few minutes it took to check in I was ready to cancel my reservation and go somewhere else. No shuttle, and description has been updated bc i have screenshots where it said basically cash was best, yet she very rudely informed me with a scoff that they had been cash free for 4 years. The rest of the staff were great. The room had no microwave or fridge which I thought was pretty standard for a double bed room these days. Pool was small and not well lit at night.

The manager was extremely unfriendly wanting me to leave my room while they came in to clean? The manager kept charging my card more and more without any explanation really. I'm not sure who does business this way and this manager needs a review.

Horrible experiences

Worst stay I have ever had. Room was dirty, dead bugs were in the room. Hair and stains on bed. Staff would not refund us

So we flew in around 145 am by the time we got our luggage we could not even find and uber we finally found a cab to take us that early in the morning we get there a gentlemen is there working tells Me he canceled my reservation even tho I had one for the previous day and the day I arrived because I knew it would be really early oh and mind u it was daylight savings as well he told me he cancelled my reservation started yelling and it just got worse anyways i was forced to walk with my Luggage at 3 am to another hotel don't ever rent from them

The room smell really bad and the A/C needs some attention as well as the restroom. I will not return at this location.

The room is clean， air conditioner works perfectly, and staffs are nice. I will stay here again and recommend it

very pet friendly and clean with friendly staff. not a 4 star hotel but neither is the price. I will defently stay there again
