Great view by the pool

A huge dissapointment. I stayed here for almost 6 weeks and because my hair dye ruined some of the towels I was told I had to leave. Wth!!! Towels, I was shocked. I didn't even waste my time going into a debate with these people didn't feel it was worth the time.

Just finished a wonderful stay at HGI. Anna, Diamond and Mike were so helpful at check in and check out. The shuttle to Busch Gardens was great. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!

Service is ok but they need to be improved.Breakfast needs to be served at free of cost.

Sofa bed was awful very uncomfortable for my daughter. Carpets need a deep clean but it did say the hotel was going through a renovation

So bad

Was a decent hotel. Not a Great location but good enough for a night or 2. Pretty clean as well. A little costly in my opinion but it was the cheapest in the area with that type of quality. Would stay here again if my options were as limited as the last time I stayed there.

This hotel was amazingly peaceful, nice and GREAT customer service!!!!!!!!! I definitely recommend!!!!!
