"Very nice and clean hostel. Breakfast is really good. Terrace has a nice view and it’s a great place to hang out and relax. I wouldn’t really recommend to reserve an appartement instead of a room. The rooms are cleaner and nicer. Overall very good place to stay at. They also organise tours which are nice and highly recommended!"

"Unprofessional service during day and night tours (no English available). Floating equipment dirty and damaged. Trip time shorter than declared. Keep valuable things with you. I warn you about a thief working in the Grand Selva staff. During the hotel's boat tour, $100 disappeared from my bag. During the trip, all participants got into the kayaks and the boat driver sailed away for several minutes. After returning, it turned out that my money bag was in a different place of my luggage and USD 100 was missing. The hotel owner said that my USD 100 bill was not found in the boat and suggested that I must have made a mistake in my calculations. However, I am sure I was robbed. I do not recommend this hotel and trip service."
