The Strathmore

Excellent. Beautiful well designed room, super comfortable, comfy bed, lovely bathroom. Excellent breakfast basket (delicious egg, bacon and sausage bap) delivered to the room. Great location within the town, easy access to all, and large car park behind.

Arrived to a warm welcome from Joe. I stayed in Room 5 which had a lovely view overlooking the South Beach. The odd sea fret didn’t spoil it either. Loved the breakfast being delivered to the room. I think more B&B places could offer this as an option. The room was spotless. Strongly recommend anyone to stay here.

Just fancied a last-minute night away due to a fabulous weather forecast! The strathmore was clean if not a little bit dated. Room 2 - lovely view over to Cauldey Bay and south beach I was surprised to find it was a breakfast delivery system (basically breakfast in bed) No complaints at all, bacon,sausage egg in a bread roll , orange juice , yoghurt quite sufficient , thanks ! Would love to return

Another return visit to such a relaxing and lovely place . stayed in room 2 , every thing you need and a sea view , perfect . The weather was blustery , but just so nice knowing we could return ,any time , to our warm and clean room .Loved the breakfast box , no having to get up early to eat , the veg sausages in a roll yoghurt and pastry were perfect for our anniversary breakfast . Can not wait to return

I needed somewhere to stay while I was visiting Tenby and this place was lovely. The owner was friendly and took breakfast up to my room as I had to leave early, which was kind of him. Very comfy bed, big TV, I couldn't find a fault with anything. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Stayed here for two evenings in room 6, upon arrival to our room it was very hot and the windows were already open, bedroom needs updating old brown skirting boards and door frames etc, dated dark curtains and nets, would be better with blinds, no lock on bathroom door, had to try and sleep with windows open fully and fan on speed 3, needless to say had a bad sleep and when we did fall off the seagulls woke us because windows open full. Very small but clean shower and toilet. Sink is by the bed so you have to leave the toilet and wash your hands in the bedroom. Breakfast lovely could do with more orange juice as it is very small and there is nowhere to eat your food had to sit in bed and eat. I would stay again but not up on the top floor. No parking outside and the car park out back is £10 per 24 hours.
