On the sunny side, the guest rooms have a good view of the distant mountains and lakes. On the shady side, there is a commercial street view of the community. There is a huge gap between the two sides. I booked two rooms, the cheaper one with a sunny view and a view of the street, and the more expensive one with a shady neighborhood and street view. I opened the door and checked out, asked the front desk to cancel the order, and then re-booked a room with a sunny view ( 100 yuan cheaper), the hotel changed my room, but they refused to let me place a new reservation no matter what, and said they would give me a discount if I extended my stay the next day. But because the hotel restaurant was not open and there was no food nearby, I did not extend my stay. When I checked out, I wanted to solve the room price difference problem. Several people came to the front desk, and they all said that I placed the order with Ctrip and could only argue with Ctrip. I was speechless.
