During our two weeks travel in Yunnan with our parents and kids, this guesthouse was the biggest surprise of the trip! It was incredibly comfortable and superb clean for all six of us — from the elderly to the little ones, everyone absolutely loved it. My parents couldn’t stop raving about how thoughtful and cozy it was, saying it’s the best place they've ever stayed.
The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every little detail was taken care of — whether it was travel tips, food recommendations, or little thoughtful touches, we truly felt at home. Their hospitality made the whole trip smoother and even more enjoyable.
The guesthouse itself is beautifully designed, with unique and creative touches in every corner — we couldn’t stop taking photos! The rooftop view was especially stunning, with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets that looked like paintings. Our whole family went up there every day; we didn’t want to miss a single moment of the scenery.
If you’re coming to Heshun, you have to stay here! The environment, service, and warmth of the hosts are all top-notch. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality travel experience — we’ll definitely be back next time!

Truly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The room is beautifully decorated in a zen theme, we stayed at the courtyard facing room which was extremely peaceful. The room itself is huge, clean and furnished with smart technology.
The service of the staff and owners is one of the best I've experienced, we arrived at 8am in the morning and were picked up at the airport. Breakfast prepared each morning was also very good, tea and coffee were also provided for free at request. The location of the hotel is also extremely convenient as it is situated in the old town. Upon leaving, the owners also gave us complimentary care packages of rose tea to bring home and arranged for our transportation to our next destination.
Highly recommend this stay and would definitely come back again!

The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The room is so smart that it surprised me. It's super cool to watch TV on the screen. The bathing pool is very comfortable and the size is just right.
Hygiene: Excellent, didn't see any bugs
Environment: Very romantic setting
Facilities: Very good
Service: The boss is very nice. He feeds us delicious food every day. There was a kid jumping upstairs. He took care of it as soon as he told us. He also gave us a souvenir before we left.

超級美的和順古鎮，入住了零差評的樂隱。
樂隱的地理位置絕佳，在彎樓子居民博物館旁，出門就是花姐私房菜（花姐對面有個不起眼的小店，老爺爺老奶奶開的家常菜特別好吃）。店家派人免費接我們進古鎮，拿身份證買過門票後（管七天，我船票一起買了很值得），一直開到酒店門口停車場，要知道和順古鎮裏面很多上下坡路，古鎮的地面是磚頭，推行李很難，店家主動幫我們提行李。
預訂了私湯房，性價比高，熱海的原湯運過來，和店家説了會來放水。
寶寶和住店其他小朋友玩得很開心，我們衹訂到一天，又免費送我們到客運站，服務真的好，下次來和順古鎮還住樂隱。

房間特別乾淨，床品也很舒服，隔音好，新酒店處處設計都考慮周到。老闆娘和老闆都很熱情，要求都給滿足，有停車位，還有接送服務，衣服還可以烘乾。早餐很好吃，米線，稀豆粉，豆漿，咖啡，希望還有機會回來住星野！

本來是自己家的小院子，夫妻倆改成了民宿，雖然沒有特別大，但是麻雀雖小五臟俱全。現代感跟當地風土人情結合的很好，乾淨衞生。雖然在古鎮裏面，但是很安靜。夫妻倆人都很好，非常熱心，服務到位，有求必應，幫忙搬行李，還開高爾夫球車接送到古鎮門口。

酒店位置：非常棒，在灣樓子博物館巷子裏，到小菜街，寸氏祠堂，圖書館都很近。花姐私房菜就在對面，還是值得體驗的。外出的話，到附近幼兒園打車走路也不遠。古鎮民宿太多了，有的比較偏，大家一定要仔細選擇。
服務態度：老闆夫婦永遠笑臉相迎，主動詢問抵達時間，及時在古鎮門口接駁，飲茶聊天，幫忙洗烘衣物，無比周到
配套設施：我娃初中定了星野，有一大床一小單人床，各自安好互不影響。帶一個露台，可以觀景放空聊天打牌。房間温泉每天從熱海拉過來的硫磺泉，我們每晚都泡，完全不用花錢去外面泡。老闆連馬桶墊和一次性毛巾都準備了，考慮的太仔細咯。床品也很舒適。七月初古鎮人不是很多，整體非常安靜。
早餐：不管睡到幾點，下樓跟阿姨或老闆説下，很快就準備好米線餌絲，我喜歡擱點辣椒和醋，非常好吃。還有玉米雞蛋豆漿，搭配豐富。

酒民宿房間設施齊全，乾濕分離，功能區分割也很方便家庭或朋友一起。服務也很周到，從預訂成功到入住，再到入住之後，都很細緻，有歡迎水果，現烤的鮮花餅，民宿頂樓有平台可以觀賞和順古鎮全景，坐在那裡喝咖啡發呆都很愜意，早餐是單人簡餐形式的，有當地的麪線，餌絲，味道和品種都很滿意。民宿公區的佈置看得出來很用心和有設計感。民宿靠近百年菜街附近，鬧中取靜，民宿提供接送機服務，和在和順古鎮裏走累了都可以隨時喊老闆來接送，相當不錯👍
