Tengzhou Hotel

On the afternoon of December 30, 2023, I booked a four-hour room in Tengzhou Hotel on the Ctrip platform. Before check-in, the accommodation registration form issued by the hotel front desk stated that the check-in time was 12:57 on December 30, and the check-out time was December 31. At 14:00, the front desk clerk of Tengzhou Hotel asked me to sign an accommodation registration form that required a check-in of more than 24 hours, which was not in line with the four-hour room clock for my actual stay. The hotel front desk clerk also had a very bad attitude. He thought that my check-out time was exceeded (including the time for the waiter to check the room after leaving the room), and asked for an additional room fee. My actual check-in time was 12:57 on December 30, and I left the room. The time to arrive at the front desk is before 17:00 on December 30. In this regard, it is believed that the hotel violated relevant laws and regulations, and illegally used my ID card to register for a 24-hour room all day long. It may open rooms to other passengers without ID cards, and requires that it be handled in accordance with the law.

The hotel is old enough! In all aspects, based on this standard, even in a small county town, I would give it a two-star rating. In a second- and third-tier city, even half a star is not enough in my opinion!

The breakfast is ok, the location is good, it's near the river, but it's a bit dated. I used to give small gifts to the front desk, but now I don’t have any. There are more parking spaces.

The overall design of the hotel is more atmospheric. Breakfast is the highlight. Rich nutrition and distinctive. The breakfast room has a good environment, and the garden outside the window is lush. Tengzhou Book City is also a feature of this city.

My friends came on a business trip and felt very good. In fact, many hotels are high-rise buildings, which give people a sense of depression. It is rare for Tengzhou Hotel to maintain this courtyard style, which makes me feel great! The rooms are newly renovated, and the grade is OK. I didn't have time to take pictures this time, so rest assured, rest assured.

The hotel is considered good at the local level, but the facilities inside are relatively average, not like the local high-end hotels; the check-in line waits for a long time, the customer service said that I want to check out the next day, obviously it was booked for two days, the customer service said that I had booked One day, after I confirmed it, I found out that it was two days. The hotel may bring the public unit directly. The customer service came up and asked me which unit. Is there no individual guest?

雖然是開了很多年的老酒店，但房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，有很大的停車場，大堂外有很大的門前花壇廣場，可以在裡邊散步那種。早餐種類多，且味道不錯，有幾樣超愛吃的品種，有當地特色食品，總之很滿意。

前面評論過賓館了，這裏説一下滕州是嚴重被低估的旅遊文化城市，古代有魯班墨子等，近代有慘烈的滕州保衞戰，推薦大家到棗莊必去滕州，入住滕州賓館

客房有點舊，但是保持的很好，服務很棒，前台小姐姐很熱情，園林式酒店，值得擁有！ 唯一的遺憾是隔壁住的小孩不停按門鈴，很吵，也許是春節的原因吧…… 我定的房間不含早，早餐不知掉啥樣。
