"Excellent hotel. Very professional and helpful staff. Rooms very well presented and comfortable and everything competitively priced. Set in lovelely grounds and garden. Location ideal for Benenden hospital, Tenterden and surrounding areas. Set back from road and very quiet. Superb food, breakfast and dinner, but believe lunch and tea also available. Easy parking close to rooms. Don't waste time looking elsewhere, you won't beat this little gem of a hotel."

"Quirky 500+ year old property decorated in contemporary Japanese style. Easy walk along the High Street for dinner. Good breakfast at a table shared with other guests. On the downside, the memory foam matress has a slope where everyone has sat on the edge of the bed, the shower was weak, as was the wi-fi."

"The hotel is very comfortable and friendly. We received a very warm welcome. The room and ensuite bathroom were a good size and very clean. The breakfast was great. Would highly recommend."

"London beach is a lovely laid back getaway. Food is good and full cooked breakfast has returned. Spa lovely, swimming pool, relaxation suite, jacuzzi. Staff great Rooms comfortable, could be more modern but doesn’t stop us returning a few times a year."
