Grand Hotel Delle Terme

Hotel nella media. Ho trovato il ristorante alla carta un po' costoso, invece il costo del bar è nella media. Consiglio un po' più di organizzazione

We stayed at this hotel in August 2024. The staff is kind and professional but the hotel is an old building from the 60s and probably renovated, and not completely, in the 80s. It does not look like a 4 star, we had a 16-inch TV on a table and we watched the TV with our heads turned. The air conditioning was noisy with a constant creaking. The bathroom was pitiful with a small and plastic shower, with poor quality sanitary ware. The smell outside the hotel coming from the adjacent spa is very annoying (the sulfur smells of rotten eggs). The restaurant's cuisine is not up to the standard of a 4 star although the waiters are very kind and helpful especially the "Maitre", a very cordial, helpful and highly professional person and dedicated to work. To conclude, the entertainment offered is suitable for children and absent for adults.

I am sorry and disappointed by a hotel that claims to be 4 stars, but in reality it is at most 2, from the 80s, never renovated, even if well kept, but it remains old, no technology, everything strictly from the 80s, the bathroom is small and narrow, bidet impractical, small shower, without WINDOW, Marseille soap from the 80s, I won't go further so as not to become verbose but I am truly disappointed

The spa park is really very beautiful and well managed. The place is enchanting and worth the trip. Well-kept hotel (even if a renovation would not be bad, considering it has four stars), excellent service, kind dining room staff and top-notch cuisine. Too bad, however, for a "slip-up" in the welcome that literally compromised our second, and last, day of vacation. We had booked 2 nights, lunch and dinner included, starting on Friday evening at dinner and ending after Sunday lunch. However, on Sunday morning, when we went to find out about the times to leave the room, the gentleman at the reception, in an adamant and almost annoyed manner, told us that the room had to be vacated by 11 am. Needless to say, the plan of a morning at the spa went up in smoke (the spa opens at 9.30), and it is not clear why they would allow lunch on the second day to people who are told to leave the room at 11 am!! That being the case, we advise against anyone booking for two days because, in fact, on the day of departure you can only leave. Obviously we left, having no other choice. We found the inflexibility particularly unpleasant in such a large hotel that, certainly, was not at all full of guests. We will definitely return to the spa and recommend the truly wonderful place to everyone, we will probably try another hotel.

Sono appena ripartita con un gruppo di 55 persone proveniente dall"Abruzzo.. esperienza fantastica..hotel , direttrice, animazione eccellenti...si mangia bene.. personale educato e gentile..i ragazzi dell"animazione sono fantastici.. grazie mille a tutti

Pulizia, gentilezza, disponibilità, professionalità di tutto il personale dalla cucina, all'accoglienza, agli addetti alle pulizie delle camere, all'animazione, ai responsabili in piscina, sono i punti forti di questa struttura rendendo piacevole la vacanza. La presenza costante della Direttrice, sempre disponibile nel risolvere i problemi aumenta il rapporto di fiducia con il cliente. Un ringraziamento a Pasquale, colui che guida la navetta per il mare, anche lui sempre disponibile con tanta passione ed impegno nel svolgere il suo lavoro. In merito se posso dare un consiglio oltre a mettere una navetta con piu' posti disponibili sarebbe bello spostare ho inserire un ultima corsa dal mare verso le 19:15 per ammirare il tramonto. Non ho parole, il cibo è da 5 stelle, le stanze non reali con vicino un parco termale con piscine termali e per bambini (Normali) il mio miglior viaggio della mia vita
