Myself and 2 friends stayed in a studio apartment which said was suitable for 3-4 persons. Unfortunately, I don’t agree - the place is only just big enough for 1 person, 2 max! Unclean, small, dated, the list goes on. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, unless you’re looking for something that reminds you of Chernobyl!!! The absolute pits, there’s budget and then theres this.

Terrible place, worst I’ve ever stayed in. Full of noisy youths, like a hostel! Travelled with my 23 year old son, thank god I didn’t go with my wife she would have refused to stop there, it’s old, tatty, falling apart, un-safe more like a prison than holiday complex. Absolute dump. Asked the Sunweb rep for an upgrade but he just laughed and said he thinks it’s ok! DO NOT STOP HERE!!!!

This old block is right on the main piste. We could walk out the door of apartment c8 directly onto the piste opposite the nursery slope and just hand the skis up into the balcony over night. The kitchen was decent size incl oven, large fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There were stools to sit on for putting boots on and good boot heater, room heaters and heated towel rails. South facing balcony overlooking the slopes and moonrise. The flat c8 is not part of Pierre et Vacances and is really small. It says sleeps 10 but we were cramped with 6. The entrance and lift are old and the floor is never swept or maintained. The locks on the doors are not well maintained. The 5 bed kids room is for primary age kids only with small beds. I do not think the pics in the advert represent the apartment we had even with a wide angle lens. The clientele are not promising and some smells of mari even at 9am albeit there was not a lot of noise at night, only from the snowplows. Convenient but extremely expensive supermarket. Don't recommend even if you are on a budget

very rude staff working at the reception. They don't know how to treat guests kindly. I think that has to do with their manager because she was the worst of them all. I would like to advise them to take a course on how to treat guests in a friendly manner

Plus; Location (ski in and out of hotel). In-house supermarket with fresh baguettes and croissants in the morning. Kitchenette., including dishwasher. Several restaurants in the area. Small bathroom but good enough with comfortable shower. Minus; Rooms too small for 4 people with ski clothes. Very old, much is damaged. Ski lockers old, broken, small. No skishoe dry area. Beds, blankets and sheets not clean.

As mentioned in other reviews the building of Pierre et Vacances is old and does need a refurbishment. However, our apartment( 1 bed) was lovely and clean with everything we needed and well provisioned. Check in was very busy on the Saturday evening and we had to wait, but the staff behind the desk were helpful and friendly and dealt with everyone patiently. Working out the layout was the first step, you go down to your room and up to Reception! The lifts could also get very busy at key times. Having said all that, we had no problem with the apartment, or the noise at night, despite seeing hordes of youngsters loaded up with beer and wine heading for their flats! A great advantage was the supermarket below and a delicious pizza restaurant on site. So if you don’t mind a little worn furniture a lack of refurb, but love the idea of being able to ski in and out, I recommend this place.

Absolutely horrible everything except the location of the building. Black stains on couches that look that they have been there for years. Dry blood on the edredon blanket for our bed. Kitchen in a disgusting state. Dry tomato sauce on most silverware and a pot. Coffee machine had layers of dirt, dust and coffee residue on it. Bathroom had a clear 5 cm ring of dirt around the toilet from what I assume is the section that can’t be reached by the vacuum cleaner. They limit your Wi-Fi use (in 2023!!) and stuff like YouTube is blocked unless you work around it with something like a VPN. All night noise by the neighbours and no one can be bothered to do anything about it. It felt like a terrible university dorm room. The location is really good and that is literally it. I felt completely fooled and ripped off of my money the time I was there. They are asking around 5000€ a week for this in February. I would not return even if the price was 5€. This was not even a sub let situation. Booked it directly on the Pierre&Vacances website.

Do not stay here if you enjoy good sanitary conditions. Lack of basic necessities such as toilet paper or wifi. Receptionists we’re completely useless. The cherry on top was being evicted for noise complaints without any warning despite the hotel rules clearly stating that it is a 30 euro fine for a noise complaint. The hotel only notified us of this at 7pm despite the complaint coming at midnight the night before meaning that it was incredibly hard for us to find accomodation at such a late hour and the ever useful receptionist suggested that we could sleep outside in the -10 degrees snow. Overall, would recommend if you enjoy small dirty rooms and terrible customer relations. As for the cost, it’s like paying for a Lamborghini and a Ford Fiesta turning up. We joked after we got evicted that we could spend the night in a prison cell at least but we’ve come to the conclusion that we effectively were staying in a prison cell.
